Approach Road. Scarifying Existing Granular Surface to be a Depth of 50mm by Manual Means (Scarifying the xiisting granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) From private land

By Mix in Place Method :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per technical specification clause 401) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (ii) For Grading-Ii Materials.

Water Bound Macadam Grading-2:- Using crushable screening such as moorum gravel for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km) (iii) WBM Gr. III metal using screening crushable type such as Moorum of Gravel.

Water Bound Macadam Grading-3:- Using crushable screening such as moorum gravel for Gr.III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (with an initial lead of 5.0 km) (iii) WBM Gr. III metal using screening crushable type such as Moorum of Gravel.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/Sqm using mechanical means (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.)

Tack Coat:- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emultion (CRS-1) using emultion distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminopus/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.)

Bituminous Macadam: (Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over apr. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.) (a)Without anti stripping agent. (I) With 60/70 or VG 30 grade paved bitumen (ii) For Grading-II (19mm nominal size).

Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete: (Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transorting the hot mix to work site, 508 @ 4.5 to 5%, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the reqd. grade level and alignment rolling thesmooth wheeled vibratory anf tandem roller to achieved the desire compaction as per MoSRT&H Clause No. 508 complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.) (a)With hydrated lime/cement as filter (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I) With 60/70 or VG 30 grade bitumen (ii) For Grading-II (10mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of 1.5mm thick MS Sheet dulu stove white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm x 12SWG sheettube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 (ii) 60 cm Equilateral Triangle.

Providing and Laying of hot appliied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gm per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications.

Boundary Wall. Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. (I)Ordinary soil A) Manual Means (i) upto 3 m depth

Supplying fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of following size ,with all necessary R brand or similar approved G.I. fittings such as bend tee,elbow,reducer, nipple,plug,long screw,H.W. clamps etc.complete at all levels including below GL as directed and specified. b) 40mm dia (Medium)

Construction of Heavy Duty Iron Gate. Supplying,fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate,frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S.flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20mm dia M.S.bars at200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete.All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middleand top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces,arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.
