Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Modular Lab Workbenches as per the following specifications: Material of Construction: GI as per IS277 Minimum Dimension of Module: 900 mm (Width) x 900 mm (Height) Minimum thickness - 1 mm or more (as required based on the design) Finish: Complete module and framework shall be powder coated and provided with suitable finish for maximum corrosion resistance (Colour as per the instruction from the HLL Engineer in charge) Every one meter of the module shall be designed with min 2 drawers (with SS 304 telescopic channels and lockable drawing mechanism) and a single cabinet (With 2 shutters, SS304 hinges for easy and noiseless opening and closing mechanism), SS304 locks and dual keys arrangement, handles, screws etc. Common Raceways (Powder coated GI with cover) for cabling electrical, network, voice connections with provision for fixing sockets, switch boxes etc. as per relevant IS standards. Raceway should be 3 run type. The workbench shall be portable and suitable for fixing 18-20mm thick granite table top as per specification (granite slab shall be paid separately). The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013)/latest SEFA standards/GMP. Note:- Measurement will be taken in length only.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sink Module with SS304 Sink. Each sink module should have a minimum dimension of 900 mm (L) x 900 mm (W) x 900 mm (H) and made of GI as per IS277 shall be designed with a single cabinet (with 2 shutter, SS304 hinges for easy and noiseless opening and closing mechanism). This module should include a sink made of SS 304 (Matte finish) with all plumbing accessories. Minimum Dimension of the sink: 600 mm (L) x 450 mm (W) x 250 mm (H) . Sink should include CP brass long nose bibcock -15mm NB (Goose neck type), SS grating, SS bottle trap etc. complete. The sink module shall be portable and suitable for fixing 18-20mm thick granite table top (with cut out for providing sink) as per specification (granite slab shall be paid separately). Item to be inclusive of all necessary fitting arrangements. The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013)/ latest SEFA standards/GMP.

Jet black granite work top, 18 mm to 20 mm thickness with appropriate edge moulding and polishing and sufficient granite supports (with groove provision at the bottom of granite slab where ever required to avoid chemicals spillage on module)

Granite Skirting behind sink cabinet (Jet black finish). Min dimensions (100 mm wide)

Two tiered reagent racks (MS powder coated) with jet black granite top of 150 mm depth for side workbenches. The two tier should be placed at a minimum spacing of 300 mm. The item should be in compliance with IS 4209 (2013)/SEFA standards /GMP. The Length should be customised as per lab workbench and vertical posts must be placed at appropriate spacing.

Portable eye wash with double eye spouts.
