S.I.T.C of cubical junction box (double door), dust and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of nominal size 450 mm length x 450 mm height x 350 mm depth, front and back openable- hinged type door, duly eposy based powder coated (from inside and outside), 4 strip 200 Amp capacity PVC Insulated aluminium Bus bar, provision of 4 pole terminal block for incoming and outgoing cables and fixed on M S angle iron frame work of size 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm length with 4 nos. 750 mm long legs duly welded to the frame structure and out of which 300 mm will be grounded in 1:2: 4 cement concrete foundation i/c connection and interconnection, inter locking wiring, thimbling, numbering-ferrules up & lowering system, earthing stud etc. complete as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Supplying and Laying of one following size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Aluminum Un-armoured cable direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Havells/Polycab/RR Kabel/Finolex
