Outsourcing of daily operations of 33/11 KV receiving station including 33 KV VCB- 03 Nos, 11 KV VCB -16 Nos and HT DG Set 750 KVA alongwith installed switchgear and complete to operate as and when required to keep continious electric supply round the clock in three shifts of 8 hour (For 24 hrs daily including Sunday and Holiday) with two operators (one Electrician with ITI qualified having minimum 04 years of experience and one Helper) per shift incl periodical routine maintanance as per IS and logging of data hourly daily and weekly in all respect complete all as specified and as directed. The instllation comprises the following:- (i) VCB 33 KV outdoor including all control relays - 03 Nos (ii) VCB 11 KV outdoor including all control relays - 16 Nos (iii) Transformer 33/11 KV upto 3.15mVA - 02 Nos (iv) HT DG Set 750 KVA 11KV - 01 No (v) Transformer 11/0.444KV 1600 KVA - 01 No (vi) Transformer 11/0.444KV 1000 KVA packaged sub station - 01 No (vii) LT Panel with ACB Control - 02 Nos (viii) APFC Panel - 01 No (ix) Synchronising panel for DG Set - 01 No (x) Battery Bank 110 and 30 Volts - 02 Nos (xi) FCBC charger for Battery Bank - 02 Nos
Outsourcing of daily operations of passenger capsule lift/elevator alongwith installed switchgear to operate as and when required in one shift of 8 hour (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) with one lift operator with ITI qualified in proper trade having minimum 04 years of experience per shift in all respect complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & fix in repairs sheet metal box of size 60cmx60cmx20 cm for fixing street light timer switch, frame pole mounted type fabricated out of 1.6 MM sheet steel including powder coat painting over a coat of red oxide primer including, consisting the following :-
(a) MCCB 63 A 25 KA,4 POLE ,thermal magnetic relese, Ics=100% Icu & L&T cat no- CM97919OOH2OG /Legrand cat no-420013/schneider cat no-LV510315 - 2 nos
(b) Astronomical, Multifunctional digital time swithces cat no 004767 of legrand or equivalent of L & T cat no- T2 DD T7/MDS/GIC - 1 no
(c ) Power contactor ML-4 , 3 pole rating not less than 70 A with 230 coil make L&T/SEIMENS - 1 no.
(d) Internal wiring and, clamp - 02 no.made out of 40x5mm flat & angle 40x40x5mm -0.90m long -2nos.
(e ) MCB SP 6 amps - 1 no.
Note :- Schedule of Credit amounting to Rs. 2,500.00 to be deducted during AOC
Notes for item No 01 & 02:- (i) Daily cleaning and maintanance of installation-machinery and premises of respective installations shall be carried out as directed. (ii) The manning and operation includes any upcoming installations of similar nature in the premises of modernised COD complex. (iii) The operators shall be in uniforms with particulars duly stitched work wear and all safety gear toe to head is compulsory. (iv) To maintain log sheet and log books for all plants and monthly duty roaster for duty staff. (v) POL shall be arranged by the Engr-in-Charge as per requirement and issued to contractor on schedule B free of cost for bonafide Government use only & a pucca bound register shall be maintained showing day to day input/output only signed by JE/Engineer-in-charge/Contractor
(vi) The unit per shift means 8 hours. The contractor shall deployed one electrician & one helper per shift of 08 hours at installation and one lift operator in one shift 8.00 to 1600 hrs. (vii) It is the responsibility of AGE/JE to ensure that attendance register is maintained at all the installation duly signed kept on record and payment of trade men for the Nos of days present will only be made, Contractor shall provide proper dress to tradesmen as approved by Eng-in-Charge and during duty hours all tradesmen shall be in proper uniform otherwise necessary recovery @ double the quoted rate for per shift shall be made from his dues. (viii) In case the contractor does not operate the Receiving Station/Capsule lift/elevator for a day or part thereof due to any reason whatsoever double of the quoted rate to each shift will be recovered. (ix) Timing shall be decided by GE as per requirements. (x) It is the responsibility of the contractor that DG Set are to be operated at the time of continuous Electric Supply. (xi) The quoted rate is deemed to include for all surrounding premises cleaning such as in side the Receiving Station, outside, toilet including cutting of grass shrubs etc and always keep ready position whenever any visiting officer visits the site the Receiving Station should be cleaned and neat in all respect. In case any bad/adverse remark given by any visiting officer at any time the necessary recovery @ double the rate quoted per remark per shift will be charged from the contractor as certified by Engineer-in-Charge and no claim whatsoever is admissible on the account, GE’s decision is final and binding on this account.
(xii) Gland packing , greasing and oiling of DG sets shall be done monthly and proper register shall be maintained duly signed by the contractor, EIC & JE. (xiii) Trades men should be wear always Operators uniform and take preventive /safety measures and will use protective clothing as per code of IE rules. Department will not responsible for any type of incident. (xiv) Contractor shall made security pass for all operators and maintain proper register duly signed by all concerned. (xv) T&P like spanners, screw drivers, pipe wrench, torch light, safety equipments, other item required for repair etc. will be provided by the contractor.
(xvi) Leave of deployed person in inescapable cases shall be allowed on prior intimation but Contractor on demand of Engineer-in-Charge, shall arrange alternate arrangment. Payment shall not be allowed for leave period.
(xvii) In no case wages of deployed persons shall be less than the Minimum wages fixed by Govt Competent Authority. It is mandatory requirement for Contractor that payment of deployed person shall be made through Cheque/RTGS/Acceptable Electronic Mode only. Proof of payment shall be submitted by Contractor to Engineer in Charge monthaly basis or during claiming on account of Advance (RAR)/FB.
(xviii) The Employees Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF & MP) Act, 1952. shall be strictly adhered to by the Contractor. Social Security to workers i.e. EPF, ESIC, Personal Insurance(if applicable) on part of Employer shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(xix) Statuatory levies/GST if applicable on part of contracts shall be paid by Contractor and accordingly, Contractor/Bidder shall include all these factors in his quoted rate.
(xx) Deployed person shall report daily to JE/Engineer in charge or nominated officers by Accepting Officer for their attendence & obtain instructions. An attendence register shall be maintained by Contractor on site shall be certified by MES rep every day.
(xxi) T&P - Working Tools/plants, protective cloths, communication & conveyance arrangments shall be provided by Contractor at his own cost.
(xxii) Retrieved materials obtained from replacement by new items shall be deposited in MES store.
(xxiii) An uniform of blue shirt/jersy duly embossed "MES OUTSOURCING SERVICES" at back and name plate of the person on front left shall be provided by contractor to all workers at his own cost.
(xxiv) Water & electric supply shall be provided by MES free of cost for outsourcing services only.
(xxv) Documentation - Attendance register & wages register,Daily work register as per the format provided by the Deptt. shall be prepared & maintained at his own cost.
(xxvi) The contractor shall arrange introductory meeting of tradesmen/personnels proposed to be employed with GE prior to finalise their employment to as certain their biodata, skill in the respective trade and final aprroval shall rest with GE. Similarly removal of service of any employed personel shall also be with the consent of GE.
(xxvii) All tradesman employed shall be insured by the contractor at his cost for the whole contract period from the date of commencemnt for any accident during the service hours.
(xviii) If quoted rates are less than minimum fair wages inclusive of GST, EPF, ESIC as applicable the bid shall be treated as non-bonafide and will be rejected. No objection/claim in this regard will be accepted
