M & L for Opening top cover of manhole and side hand hole of 9,000-10000 GPH capacity pressure filter vertical type, unloading the filter media from the pressure filter e.g sand gravels (different sizes) takings out carefully strainer (Push/Thread) from inside bed plate, cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc and disposal of unsv filter media( sand,gravel,stainer etc) within 100 meter radius from the existing filter plant complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening top cover of manhole by unscrewing the bolts of 6400-9000 GPH softening plant, unloading the cation resin from upper portion of softening plant and disposal of unsv resin within 100 meter radius from the existing filter plant and cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening top cover of manhole by unscrewing the bolts of 5000-10,000 GPH Oxidation chamber plant, unloading the unsv MNO2 from upper portion of oxidation plant and disposal of unsv MnO2 within 100 metere radious from the existing filter plant and cleaning the inside chamber through chemical,brush etc complete all as entire satisfaction of complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS frontal pipe 80 mm bore heavy duty with bend ,Tee etc flange type or welded of any length including taking down existing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but for 100 mm bore complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Chemical analysis and Bactariological Lab Test : as per I S : 10500,2012 (2nd Rev) of Raw water and IR Plant Treated water from Dumayune Avanue & INS Netaji Subhash, Teesta Bldg & Meghnath Bldg from Govt Approved /NABLACCREDITED Laboratory on monthly basis including collection of water, Sterilized bottle for testing and submission of the test report.

Dismantling the PVC body multigrade filter unit, frontal pipe line and valves, un loading the media and cleaning media i.e pebbles, gravels using chemical, replacement of silex with new one, servicing of multi port valve, Refilling the media as per original complete including topping up and re-installation of unit & testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.25 above but activated carbon filter unit all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.25 above in before but iron removal filter unit all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cleaning of RO membrane duly taking out from RO plant, cleaning with Solution 1 to be used for inorganic fouling(Solution of Citric acid & RO product water duly adjusted to PH 4.0 with sodium hydroxide) and refixing the same of its original position and testing for leakage complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 50 above but with Solution 2 used for calcium sulphate and organic fouling (solution of Sodium Tripolyphosphate, Tetra Sodium EDTA (Versen 220 or equal) and RO Product -chlorine free ) duly adjusted to 10.0 with Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4)

Repair/Maint of monoblock booster pump set of capacity 0.5 HP, 1ph, 230V taking out existing winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wire as per existing gauge and turn to achieve required RPM, replacement of ball bearing, connection wire, cooling fan of motor, oiling etc complete testing all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 54 above but for capacity 1.0 HP , 1 phase complete testing all as specified and as directed.

Repair to monoblock high speed pump 3 HP for RO plant as feed pump complete including dismantling, the pump and repair at shop with changing the bush and ball bearing including necessary seal and lathe work on cracked body , brazing work etc and fixing the same on the position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm bore high pressure brass ball valve conform to IS 1703-2000 including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Chemical analysis and Bactariological Lab Test : as per IS : 10500, 2012 (2nd Rev) of RO Plant Treated water from Dumayune Avenue, INS Netaji Subhash, Teesta complex and Damodar complex area from Govt Approved /NABL Laboratory including collection of water, Sterilized bottle for testing and submission of the test report. Note : testing is to be carried out on each plant and once in every month interval.

M&L for opening top cover of 60,000 ltrs capacity pressure filter vertical type, unloading the filter media form the pressure filter e.g. sand gravels (different sizes) takings out carefully strainer (Push/Thread) from inside bed plate, cleaning the inside bed plate & strainer fixing holes on the bed plate disposal of sand within 100 metere radius from the existing filter plant preparation of internal surfaces of presure filter by applying two coates of bituminous paint by using brush over a coat of red oxide primer after scraping,cleaning the rusted surface with the help of sand paper / wire brush, washing the good quality of gravels for re-use and replacing old damaged gravels as required. cleaning the PVC old strainer by concentrated hydrochloric acid for reuse, replacing damaged strainer by new one , and re-installing on existing position complete all as specified and directed. Note- Replacing filter media like sand,gravels,striner shall be measured and paid in separately relevant item.

Supply only PVC strainer as per existing type for pressure filter as per existing size & shape all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing external old steel surfaces of 60,000 ltrs pressure filter vertical type (i.e. pressure filter- 02 Nos) incl connecting 80/100/150 mm MS/PVC pipe, valves, valve chamber, pump-motor-03 Nos and LT Panel-01 No etc(as per colour reqd) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in existing colour or directed by Engr-in-Charge by spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer after scrapping old paint, cleanning rusted surface with the help of sand paper/wire brush of the complete area at swimming pool plant area including writing by synthetic enamel paint of "PRESSURE FILTER No.1&2.& Cap. 60000 LPH complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/replacement of defective spares of ioniser e.g.. Knob, display meter,defective copper-silver electrodes of ioniser chamber of existing size and capacity including cleaning/ replacing of all necessary connecting item complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for repair/servicing of chemical dosing pump of capacity 2 ltr/hour by opening the pump and checking the all spare parts and replace the defective parts if required and reassembling, testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of 7.5 HP with water proof PVC coated insulation copper wire of existing gauge with taking down burnt winding, cleaning of stator and rotor including replacement of bearing etc. including replacing rubber coupling, gland packing, bush, stud, nut-bolts and testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Leakage detection in PVC / GI pipe line 50 mm to 150 mm bore and necessary repairs including cutting, threading for addition/alteration and insertion of fittings all as specified and directed.
