Site clearance in soft / loose soil, clearing away all grass , vegetation , sapling, shrubs and trees n.exc 30 cm girth measured at a height of one metre above ground level and removing rubbish material upto a distance 50 m outside the periphery of the area, roots of trees and saplings shall be removed and the hollows filled up ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches (soft/Loose soil) n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out, and returning, filling in, including spreading, Leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm.

Excavating in trenches(Soft/Loose soil) for Inspection chamber/manhole n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth & getting out excavated material to a distance n. exc. 50m and deposited where directed.

Material & Labour for, Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

Material & Labour for, Cement concrete in foundations,type M-15, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

Material & Labour for, providing cement concrete in coping type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) including for use of formwork (straight or curved).

Material & Labour for, providing pre cast cement concrete cover slabs (for man holes etc.) Type B1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:6, including for use of formwork,moulds or ma chine moulds.

Material & Labour for, Brick work (Modular bricks) with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan built in with 1:4 cement mortor, straight or curved on plan.

Material & Labour for, Half brick thick Brick work (Modular bricks) with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan built in with 1:4 cement mortar.

M & L, for Rendering 15mm thick cement plastering of 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth withou using extra cement.

Supply & Fixing for,8 mm dia.TMT bar cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc.and binding with MS wire (annealed) n-less than 0.9mm dia. Make TATA, TISCON, SAIL, JSW, JINDAL.

Boring Horizontal Holes by auguring not exceeding 150mm dia 1m deep for passing water pipe lines across the road of any type. Complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing for, 100 mm dia medium grade G.I. steel tubes, including for galvanised steel (Gl) tubing with screwed socket joints, together with all tube fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions, etc.) and fixing complete with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs, or laying in trenches, etc., also for cutting, screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required. Connectors shall be inserted, where required or directed. Also include for cutting through walls, floors, etc. and their making good. The G.I pipe should fulfill all the specifications of IS code - 1239
