Dismantling the 3 Ton EOT crane rails of long travel and cross travel including clip fittings and fish plates and applying rust remover or cutting as required and removing all the unserviceable rubber pads, packing material. Surface preparation by chipping, wire brushing, power brushing and cleaning of the crane rails and steel structures in crane track area. Fitment and Re-alignment of the crane rail track as per design and level the crane rails of various lengths and sizes by using rail clip fittings, fish plates and provide rubber packing as per design to the tracks. Note: The firm is to ensure that the track is laid flat and aligned with zero deviation at a minimum interval of 03 metres interval. Rail Size: CR 40
