Supply and fixing of 1.20 mm 3D printed laminated sheet over the existing door surface properly laminated without causing damage the door edges, hardware fittings and finishing neatly as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Rate excluding GST)

Supply and fixing of 18 mm thick BWP/ BWR grade plywood with laminate finishing and water proof cupboard shutters to the hall and bed rooms. The Cupboard shutters made up of 18 mm thick BWP/ BWR grade plywood with laminate finishing. Colour and type of laminate sheet as decided by the Engineer inchagre. The fixtures to be used of Godrej/ Ebco. The rate is inclusive of all taxes and other incidental charges etc., Complete.(Rate excluding GST)

Note: - The Plywood & lamination used for above cup-boards shall be of Green ply & Green lam brand only.

Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil - Manual means up to 3 m depth.

Filling of foundations and basement with best river sand in layers of not more than 15 cms. thick each well watered to saturation and consolidated including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Cement Concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm (0.54 cu.m), 20 mm (0.27 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.09 cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cms thick well compacted including curing, machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Construction of brick masonry in CM (1:6) using well burnt bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (non modular or traditional size) (230X110X70 mm) including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials, as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Plastering in CM using best river sand from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials, screening, curing, rounding of corners, incidental charges as directed during execution complying with standard specification etc., complete for the following proportions.

Finishing the sides of walls with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300X450 mm/ 320X400 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with Antiskid floor tiles of Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300X300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs (as per manufacture specification), set over base coat of CM (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including white cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.30 kgs per sq.m. jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost and conveyance of all materials like flooring slab, cement, sand and water etc., complete, for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Supply and fixing of 10 mm wide PVC edge beading including cost and conveyance of all materials and incidental charges, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position MS Tubes & Pipes of all diametres as per IS - 1161 of approved design, including labour charges for fabricating and fixing, necessary cuttings, bending, welding, grinding and finishing smooth, including cost of welding rods, power charges, including painting two (2) coats with synthetic enamel paint grade-I, over a primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) {total three (3) coats} of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes in to RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including labour charges for fixing in position, cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Painting two (2) coats for old work internal walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting two (2) coats for old work external walls with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns.
