REPAIR AND MAINT OF CHARPOY GI RECANNING POLISHING AND PAINTING OF CERTAIN FURNITURE ITEMS AT GE IMA DEHRADUN

Repair/refixing of following u/s parts of "Charpoy GI Pipe" with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg No FD-220 and all directed by Engr-In-Charge:-

S&F of new 12 mm thick ply wood top of size 1980x900mm exterior grade BWP type (No of ply 7) ISI marked fixed with flat/dome head MS galvanished iron carriage bolts. The edge of plywood shall be smoothened alround & corner shall be rounded to a radious of 1cm iron carriage, 10Nos of round headed bolts with nut & washer of size 5x75mm after drilling the holes at equal distance on rails (03Nos on each long rail & 02Nos on each short Rails) Make : Action Texa/Century/Green Ply.

Removing of u/s long rails from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and S&F of new long rail made out of GI pipe 32 mm dia Medium grade duly threaded at both end upto 45mm. Make- Jindal/TATA /Prakash surya Note : u/s long rails to be be converted into 01short rail & 01leg & measured in Sch items No. 1.30 & 1.40.

Removing of u/s short rails from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only short rail retrieved and made out from schedule No 1.20 duly threaded at both end upto 45mm,complete as directed. Note: u/s short rails be converted into 01 leg and measured in Sch 'A' item No 1.40.

Removing of u/s legs from the frame of charpoy GI pipe and fixing only legs retrieved made out from old long rails/short rails, retrieved under item Sl No 1.20 & 1.30 here-in-before duly threaded at one end upto 45mm, complete as directed.

Removing of u/s 3way elbow and S&F of new 3way GI elbow 32 mm dia ISI marked.

Removing of old/unsv check nut and S&F of new check nut 32mm dia Med grade ISI marked.

S&F new flat iron MS strip of size 900mmx32mmx03mm fix with 02 Nos in each charpoy GI pipe with nut, bolt and washer in equal distance for supporting of plywood. Flat iron shall be 1 coat of red oxide & 02 coat of black synthetic enamel paint.

Provn of 02 Nos clamps made out of MS flat iron 25x3mm to hold the MNF set made to shape, lower clamp duly plugged/sealed by welding with 3.0mm thick MS black sheet on each leg of charpoy GI pipe duly painted with 02coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as specified directed

Repair/replacement of u/s glass and rubber beading of "Almirah large steel glazed" with new glass and rubber beading of existing shape & size (760x250x3mm) complete to match the original as shown on drg No. FD-104(M) and all directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Table steel 3' x 1½' examination : Repair /replacement of u/s top with new top of 18mm prelaminated MDF board covered with 1mm thick black sun mica including 4mm thick teak wood half round beading and welding to back/ broken joints as required including painting with synthetic enamel paint of OG colour wth high class finish and hard rubber shoes shall be provided in the legs of table as shown on drg No. GE/PN/F-4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old forn u/s mattress cover with new cover of glazed cotton cloth, cloth should not be less then Rs 100/- per meter ,size 1905x914x102mm including a long side TKK chain fixed properly on the mattress as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of old u/s pillow cover with new cover of polyester fibre glazed cotton cloth of best quality (white), size 600x400mm and cloth should not be less then Rs 75/- per meter as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polishing with French polish (two or more coat) to under mentioned items of furniture article with high class finishing (after rubbing/scrapping/smoothness and filling) to complete side as per existing shape and size as shown in drgs as directed..(Make-Asian/Berger/Nerolec)

Removing/replacement of u/s 'C' type legs with new 'C' type leg of chair verandah made out of 1mm thick ,19mm dia MS pipe duly welded rest all as per drg and derected.

Tuck welding to broken legs and frames of chair verandah complete as all directed.

Repair/replacement of following u/s parts of "Chairs steel tubular with arms / without arms" with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg no FD-75 (M) and all directed by Engr-In-Charge

Repair/Relacement of following u/s parts of "Chair dining MAP Officer" with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg and No. FD/E6/MAP/10®, directed by Engr-In-Charge:-

S&F of front legs made of Ist class teak wood as per drawing and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repair/Replacement of old torn u/s cloth of seat with new cloth of best quality not less than Rs. 400/mtr matching colour in front and bottom of the seat alongwith new markin cloth of matching colours as per drg or as directed.

Repair/Replacement of u/s plywood of seat with 6mm new comercial plywood as per drg or as directed. Make: Century/green ply/kitply.

Replacement of u/s foam of seat with new foam of 40 density with 3'' dia and fixing it with seat as per drg or as directed. Make- Flexi puff/ sleep well/ kurlon/ feather foam.

S&F of new hard rubber shoes (white) to legs of chair dining Map Officer as approved by GE.

M&L for two or more coats french polish with high class finishing (after rubbing/scrapping and filling) to complete side as per existing shape and size in drg as directed.

Repair/Relacement of following u/s parts of "TV trolly" with suitable new parts of existing shape & size complete to match the original as shown on drg No. FD/E6/MAP/04 and directed by Engr-In-Charge :-

Replacement of u/s top with new top of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board with oneside decorative face including 4mm thick teak wood half round beading all round of top as directed.

Replacement of u/s bottom with new bottom of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board with oneside decorative face as per drawing or as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Replacement of u/s side planks with new side planks of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board with oneside decorative face including 4mm thick teak wood, half round beading, duly polished & finished as directed.

S&F of shutters shall be of plain glass 5 mm thick duly fitted with stainless steel hinges of reqd length as per drg or as directed by Engr -in - charge.

S&F of magnetic catcher shall be provided as per drg complete all as directed.

S&F of coasters made of stainless steel body with hard rubber roller coasters as per drg complete all as directed.

S&F new top of binsoiled linen made out of 6 mm thick teak face ply wood as per drg complete all as directed.

Re cushioning of sofa set 02/04 seater : Replacement of old foam cushion seat/ back from sofa set 2/ 4 seater and fixing of foam cushion 100mm thick and 40density, size 22”x21”x4” duly covered & stiched with new cover made out of superior quality tapestry cloth of approved quality, not less than Rs. 650/-per meter including markin cloth and one side TKK chain fixed with cover for seat and back rest as per drg or as directed.
