Excavation in foundations,trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers,when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.,consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1cement:6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masonary / Polygonal rubble masonary (coursed or brought to courses with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Brick work using common burunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand)

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges, jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with gaurds, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering ,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

(c) Beams,cantilivers,girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilivers , girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 metre in depth.

(d) Vertical surface such as wall cony thick partitions & the like i/c attached pollasters, buttresses, plinter & string courses & the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement:2 sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Half bricks masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Sand).

Pointing on brick work with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) Raised and Cut.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement,3 sand ) over a 12 mm layer of C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) and finished neat with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in CM 1:3 ( 1Cement :3 Sand)

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levels including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand)

20 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor -2 level including arrisses,internal rounded angles,chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand )

Providing & fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden frame of window etc.with M.S. flats, square or round barswith round headedbolts and nuts by screws plain grills.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 S.G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors,windows i/c bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Boulder filling behind retaining wall under floor with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement, 3 sand,6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Constructing coursed rubble hammer dressed "U" shape open surface drain with side wall 15 X 22 cm in cementy mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement, 6 sand ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement, 3 sand ) i/c earth work and laying 10 cms cement concrete in 1:5;10 ( 1 cement,5 sand,10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and 7.5 cms cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement,2 sand,4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt , dust and other foreign matters.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture (two coats ) brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of oil,dirt,dust and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting etc.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing anodised MS sliding door bolts with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodised MS tower bolts ( barrel type) with screws etc. complete.

Providing ad fixing anodised MS handles with necessary screws etc. complete.

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces,with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaningthe surface of dirt ,dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with enamel paint other than white

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with marble chips of specified size in flooring cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry. (Dark shade)
