ADDITION/ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIR TO DRAINAGE NETWORK FOR CERTAIN LIVING ACCOMMODATION AT GAYA MILITARY STATION UNDER GE GAYA.

Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches,pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in drain, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks well burrnt old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in wall of drain complete all as directed .

Description all as per srl item No 4 above except Bricks complete all as directed .(Note:-Bricks retrieved after demolition against item No 02 shall be used)

Material and labour for 15mm thick plastering on fair face of brick wall in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded Crushed stone aggregate) as in coping on brick wall drains inclding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc, complete all as directed .

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as directed .

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and fixing for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed .

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Providing ( Factory Made) precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l, (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab and set in cement mortar 1:4 and similar articles with plain faces complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed .

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C- 1,(20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base in floor etc complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed .

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in 1:2:4 type B-1 ( 20mm grade stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as directed .

Supplying and fixing for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for Prepration of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed .

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as directed .

Material and labour for 600 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for Preparation of plastered or unplastered new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed .

Description all as per srl item No 23 above but exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for coarse sand (size 1.50 to 2.00mm) filling of approved quality as in recharge wells including watering and well ramming complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for approved quality of gravel (size 5 to 10 mm) for filling in bed of rain water harvesting pits complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for approved quality of gravel (size 3 to 6 mm) for filling around the casing pipe in full depth upto ground level complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, traight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 Cement Mortar as in wall of Rain water Harvesting complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses.complete all as directed .

Use & waste formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as directed .

Supplying and fixing for TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed .

Supplying and fixing for 160mm outer dia UPVC slotted Pipes (SCH-40) as per IS 12818 including all fittings such as sockets etc. for bore well casing suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure and jointing with solvent complete all as directed .

Supplying and fixing for 315mm OD UPVC slotted Pipes (SCH-40) as per IS 12818 including all fittings such as sockets etc. for bore well casing suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure and jointing with solvent complete all as directed .

Material and Labour for Boring holes 2 m deep in soil for under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of not exceeding 50m complete all as directed .

Description all as per item No 36 above, but add for each metre depth (intermediate depths to be paid prorata) complete all as directed .

Supplying and fixing for DWCPE (SN8) 300mm outer diameter and 260mm in internal diameter Pipes including all fittings and accssessories suitable to make drainage line fuctional as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed .
