Dismantling and taking down existing old UNSV Central AC Plant of capacity 48TR along with all equipments i.e compressors, pumps and piping, AHUs, cooling tower, duct system, LT Electric panles etc,and transport for deposit at MES Store Yard. Note: (i) The rate is deemed to be included for dismantling of false ceiling and removal, making good to match the existing surfaces. (ii) The rates is deemed to be incl for refixing of false ceiling whereever the changes of supply and return duct system.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Invertor Type air cooled Package AC units of specified capacity of 8.0 TR, energy efficient with inverter type for ATC bldg with suitable for operational on three phase AC electric supply with voltage range 360v - 440v, inluding with supply and recharging of eco friendly refrigerent, control cabling between indoor & out door units with control panels complete accessories, MS frames stands for outdoor units. Package AC should Comprising of hermetically sealed, Scroll/rotary Compressor, Cooling Coil, condenser coil internally grooved copper tubing with aluminium fins, fans, motor, safety devices , hydrophilic coated suitable to work till 52 deg C Ambient, Including grouted on ribbed rubber pads as vibration insulators, blue fin condensor and corrosion resistant body, refrigerant cooled PCB, longer piping upto 60 meters complete suitable for maintaining a temperature of 23+2oC all as specified and as directed. Make: Bluestar /Daikin/Carrier NOTE:- (i) The false ceiling along with accessories required to be removed during the erection of ducts/AC units shall be repaired/replaced to existing shape or as per site requirement and as directed by EIC. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (ii) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. (iii) If required capacity not available, the next higher capacity shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (iv) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of the work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost.

Item No. 2 continued:- (v) Necessary PCC foundation for indoor and outdoor units all be provided as per OEM specifications including replacement of LT control panel to equipment and control cables. The cost required for same shall be deemed to be included in the above unit cost. (v) Any wall/wall panel cutting and other works made during the execution of works to be finished as per existing surface and necessary colouring to be done all as specified and as directed. The cost for the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate. (vi) Any shifting of wiring/internal fittings required at the time of erection of ducts for completion of the work shall be done by the contractor. The cost for the same deemed to include in the quoted rate.

Material and laying of Refrigerant piping (Suction & Discharge) Hard /soft drawn copper tube of suitable sizes as recommended by OEM , with copper elbows, tees, tubular nitrile insulations etc as required and all connecting material for Indoor and outdoor unit connections complete all as per OEM specifications and as directed by EIC. Note: One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length.

Supply and fixing of hard PVC drain piping of suitable size upto drain disposal area, drain piping with tubular nitrile rubber insulation, well clamped till drain points complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing and Application of Acoustic Insulation having 09 mm thickness at Inside the Duct with Engineered Nitrile Rubber open cell foam class 'O' with Density 150 - 180 Kg/m3 using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Supply & Installation of Thermal Insulation having 9 mm thickness on ducts/ceiling not exposed to sunlight using Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 - 60 Kg/m3, T using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Machine made powder coated supply/return air diffusers/grills of aluminium construction including 18 G GI collar VCD for supply air inlet complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of GI VCD 14 gauge complete Accessories all as per OEM recommendation and as directed by Engg in Charge.

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron strip of size 32 x6 mm complete all as specified and directed.Note; This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm (Upto length of 7.5Mtr strip including) by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling ,size of grip 605x605mm including necessary notching and prepared holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hangers 6mm dia,GI 9( up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with clips as per manufactures intrctions in repairs including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine made GI fire damper alongwith fusible link 14 gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning humidistat for humidity control with necessary heater bank alongwith suitable arrangement for maintain humidity of 60+5% complete as per OEM recommendation
