Providing and laying of German Hanger pandal made of toughened aluminium alloy casted into sections joint together to form a V shape structure with specially designed 3 layered weather/waterproof PVC fabric of white/other approved colour which are fire retarted and heat proof tightened by industrial ratchets etc. complete on rent as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The Layout of tent should be made in accordance with seating arrangement for VVIP's and other VIP's as per approved plan along with sufficient nos. of toilets. The inside ceilings, columns, posts to be wrapped with cloth of approved colour. The outer side of the pandal to be masked with satin cloth /fancy fabric, cloth walling for good aesthetics.

Providing and fixing of German pagoda complete with flooring, carpeting, electricity, charging points, power points etc., enough chairs and tables at various places such as covering of sound console, security room, store, electric room , etc of 16x16 feet complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of professional stage of required Size with minimum 6 ft. height complete along with two Podiums and lighting lamp on the stage. Stage shall be made of Heavy Iron Base and required Ply Platform on top surrounding with SS Railing, 2 staircases each with landing and side ramp with SS railing with hand grips on two sides as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Safety certificate/ undertaking of the Dais to be taken by the agency from PWD/Stage agency as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing good quality structurally safe raised wooden platform of suitable height inside tentage, pandal or wherever required in order to provide stability on ground to avoid soft soil condition complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 3 tier media stage for electronic media in order to provide view to all cameras placed on each ramp of stage with suitable steps aside equipped with various plug pins and sockets and isolated from general audience. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of complete Mojo Barricading inside and outside with self-standing wherever required for segregation of area to be provided as per requirement of security and seating plan, painted with white or other approved colour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of complete wooden balli/iron rails in three rows barricading inside and outsides with self-standing and with white cloth draping on ballis for beautification as per requirements of security and seating plan, height, of barricading 4 to 6 ft. above the ground level, which is embedded 500 to 600 mm inside ground jointed with each other maintaining the symmetry, wrapped with white/other approved colour cloth for aesthetic appearance complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of view cutter with the help of good quality cloth and back support wherever required at all heights (varying from 8ft to 12 ft.) with white/multicolour cloths of required sizes across various places as per aesthetic requirements and also for security purposes with all accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Entrance Gates of minimum Size (20ft x 15ft) or as per the site requirement i/c display of event and proper welcome signages as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of brand new non-woven synthetic polymer carpet for main dais and inside the entrance area and VIP movement area, pandal area, cottage complete with pasting as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of non-woven synthetic polymer carpet for pandal, passage, movement area complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making seating arrangement with moulded polymer chairs covered with white cloth and ribbon, tie at back complete for public audience laid into blocks of row & columns in the part of pandal complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making seating arrangement with cushioning banquet chair on rent in front rows covered with white cloth and ribbon, tie at back complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making seating arrangement with cushioned two/three seater sofa on rent in front rows with white cloth complete for VVIP's/VIP's as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Measurements will be made based on seating capacity in nos.

Supplying and making seating arrangement of stage furniture with new cushioned approved Stage chairs for VVIP's with white cloth and cover, tried and wrapped etc. for dignitaries on Dais complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The chairs shall be retained by AAI after function.

Providing wooden centre table of required size on rent with cover for stage and VIP's seating area all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing for normal table of required size on rent with frill and cover for water counter and misc. purpose complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of risers for LED and speakers etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fresh approved varieties of flower decoration with cut flower and seasonal decorated flower in front of Program entry gates, main stage, ramp, staircase, podium, backdrop, centre table etc. along with , sufficient plants at passage, near staircase, stage, dining area, cottage, pandal i/c arrangements of required nos of bouquets for dignitaries on Dais as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Decoration for Terminal Building for inauguration with fresh approved varieties of flower decoration with cut flower, seasonal decorated flower, white/coloured balloons, colourful cloths of required size and colour on all Departures and Arrival gates outside Terminal building, passage complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of Rangoli decoration of min. size 4ftx4ft at various locations inside/outside Terminal Building as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of high long multicolour flag with 2.5 inch MS pole height 15 ft. It should be good quality satin/silk cloth with proper painted poles in align with theme décor with various locations. Distance between two flags will be as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Management for the entire inaugural event by deploying required nos. of event managers (ladies & gents), professional approved Anchor(s)/ Compere(s) along with supporting staff, dais management, guest/ dignitaries facilitation, compering, reception, live telecast of function for wide publicity with required high speed internet facility, dining area management and co-ordination to various entities associated to make the event grand success as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing of inauguration stone (02 nos. in Hindi, English language and third language as per matter provided by department) to be placed side by side mountained on a stable wooden/steel frame with suitable height with brick pattern laminate on all the sides giving look of a wall and capable of holding the curtain rod unfurling, pedestal at the bottom and remote operated curtain of silk satin of approved colour. Alternate arrangement of mechanical operation shall also be made. Computerized cut Golden colour paper words for text and AAI logo to be pasted and unveiling arrangement shown on LED backdrop i/c decoration all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Inaugural lamp with all required paraphernalia i.e. wicks, oil, camphor, candles, match box and good quality tray etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Standees of required size with approved printing i/c framing at various locations to highlight the event at locations as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making all arrangements for Star quality Flex Sheet with approved printing i/c framing of required sizes at various locations as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making all arrangements for directional signage, cut outs, required drawings with eagle stands, banners etc. for public, VIPs, and other requirements through sun board of required sizes with approved printing i/c framing at various locations complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dustbins ensuring proper cleaning and garbage disposal time to time by deploying required manpower wearing proper uniform, PPE kits and materials required complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision of mobile toilet cubicles including two nos. for divyangjan person. Toilet should be furnished with wash basin with good looking mirror. The toilet should be neat and clean and maintained hygienically during entire period of function. Adequate water supply including necessary toiletries shall also be ensured by the agency. Air freshener and naphthalene ball inside toilet shall be also be provided by the agency. The toilet shall be located at designated place in consultation with Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing High Tea i/c mineral water arrangement, serving by deploying trained personnel with proper dress code, gloves, hair cover etc. and maintaining decorum complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Arrangement of cookies, toffees, mineral water on Dais table i/c serving by deploying trained personnel with proper dress code, gloves, hair cover etc. with proper decorum and also providing of name plates, folders for VVIPs/VIPs with notepad, pen etc. for dais dignitaries, provision of badges/Passes for access to controlled area complete with coordination of event manager and state/security authorities as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing good quality working food packets with water arrangement, juice, napkin etc. for officials on visit during execution and period of inauguration, attendees on day of inauguration, media persons etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Basic rate of each packet Rs. 150/-)

Provision of catering with dinning and buffet, tea and coffee arrangement for VVIP's and VIP's serving by deploying trained personnel with proper dress code and maintaining decorum all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing drinking water arrangement, serving by deploying trained personnel and maintaining decorum complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Water bottle 500 ml 250 nos., water bottle 250 ml 5,000 nos. and water jar 20 ltr 20 nos. with dispenser base along with suitable number of glass and stand/ table complete.

Designing, printing and arrangement of Invitation Cards with Envelope etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Designing, printing and arrangement of required passes with lanyards etc. in coordination with state govt., security agencies and other departments complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of following floral items :- a) Garlands (Marigold) of 2.5 ft. length - 1500 No.s, b) Rose Petals - 15 Kg, c) Ornamental cut flower - rose, Gladulous and gerbera, carnation etc. - 30 Kg, d) Rose sticks - 75 No.s, e) Gladulous sticks - 75 No.s, f) leaves - 10 Kg and making floral arrangements including decoration / making Rangoli etc. in front of Netaji Statue and surrounding area all complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engg-in-charge. (Necessary extra / deductions will be incorporated on actual basis at the time of payment)

Provision of sufficient capacity Mystic fans for proper human comfort inside the tentage. Arrangements of heaters/Blowers and functioning including wiring arrangements under supervision of qualified electrician. Providing and fixing of wiring into four lines including phases neutral & earth throughout pandal with security norms providing power supply to various equipment’s used inside pandal such as light, fans, Heaters installed at various locations and switch board, plug points for electronic media, lighting and other electronic items complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Generators (noiseless) for operating electric and related equipment with fuel 63 KVA and 125 KVA. with 8 Hr of Backup for the entire event complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The DG's sets shall be operated by trained operator provided by agency. The requirement of fuel to operate shall also be provided by the agency. The no.s of DG's should satisfy the minimum criteria(25 KVA-2nos and 63 KVA-2 Nos and 125 KVA-1 Nos) as per site requirement. The Generators will also be used for training and testing period complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete firefighting arrangement for main pandal and surrounding area with manpower i/c obtaining of necessary fire clearance from statutory authority complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Fixing & dismantling/removing of LED light fitting of 80-100 watts suitable for operating single phase 230volts, 50hz, AC supply complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Fixing & dismantling/removing of flood light tower of height 5mtr each having 06 Nos of 180-200 watts LED light fittings suitable for operating single phase 230volts, 50hz, AC supply complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Arrangement of Sound System with JBL VTX, JBL SRX Columns, speaker box, JBL stage monitor speaker box, Top speaker box, OSP 6000/10 Amplifire, High Power amplifier by Wt 25000/50000/100000 amplifier 2 VVIP podium set microphone on rostrum and electronic media stage, horns speaker throughout the pandal transformers with cabling, earthling, etc. & a battery emergency backup on Rental / Hire Basis.

Providing of photography still and videography Nikon 610 or canon 5D full frame, two Camera Each complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of high contrast LED backdrop projection live display of P3 LED module for high quality vision to audience behind the dais and other locations of required size with daytime visibility and adequate enough to visible/readable from all area in tent complete with accessories as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of video switcher HD-SDI (Panasonic HMX 100) etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of HD-SDI cable with NEUTRIK BNC connector etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing two plasmas of 50" monitor at stage complete with all accessories as per requirement complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
