Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Extra for providing and fixing expanded metal mesh of size 20x60 mm and strands 3.25 mm wide 1.6 mm thick weighing 3.64 kg per sqm for encasing of rolled steel sections in beams, columns and grillages, excluding cost of hangers.

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providing and fixing double scaffolding sustem by means of bamboo planks and rope on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 12 metre height above ground level land maintaining it in a serviceable condition of work of leaning and/or pointing and/or applying chemical and deremoving it thereafter complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note-1 the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. 2. the payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such work.
