Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor any type and any position and paving including PCC tiles any type n exc (below or above GL) all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation,filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8(using 40mm graded aggregate)complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of wall all as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from walls including scrapping and removing the entire scales of existing treatment complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces of walls including cornices and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, white or tinted including removing of nails,making good holes,cracks,washing floors, cleaning glass,joinery,electric fitting,wiring etc of drops and splashes and leaving premise,clean and tidy all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing exisiting treatment and roughening surfaces of old concrete roof / floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust,etc

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre on old concrete surfaces.

Material and labour 40mm average thick PCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) for roof treatment etc.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixing with WPC as per manufacturers instruction. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L Applying evenly a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm (coloured tiles) in floor, set & jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed,in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over ,cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia wire etc complete.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mm aggregate) copings, kneelers, apex stones,complete all as specified

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore of pipe, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20mm bore of pipe, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating doom with or without hole as directed including jointing to waste pipe fixed in solvent cement or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of drain pipes any type at any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Desludging including dewatering of septic tank/soak well in dia/ depth and manholes above 2 mtr in depth for liquid and slurry material and and removing the sludge from the tank by machanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, surring sludge/silt/spoil/mud tec into the pit and spreying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equiped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with machanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all material, labour (skilled/unskilled) tools and plants and requisite quantity of water for the entire operation and transpotation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/silt/mud.
