Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(Three point fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(Thirty millimeter into thirty millimeter into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and pain concrete work in foundation, footing, base of columns etc. and mass concrete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 snad: 6 aggregate graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing completed including the cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth as per entire specificatioin and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 sand: 8 graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundatioin and plinth as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all lead, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete design mix M-20 (Design mix) grade of cement concrete work mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing with minimum cement content of 320 kg/cum with graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimetre ) nominal size) complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation, footing basis of columns etc. and mass concrete upto all floor level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying upto floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two Sand :four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) to give an smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc but excluding cost of reinforcement in String courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire up to any level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing and laying precast cement concrete hollow block masonry with cement concrete blocks of size 40cm x 19cm x20 cm(fourty centimetre into nineteen centimetre into twenty centimetre) i/c quion block jamb blocks and closers etc. made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size laid with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including curing complete in super structure upto floor any level as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead pain in gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and basis and string courses etc. upto floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on fair side of brick/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor alllevel including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Pointing on coursed or Ashlar stone masonry or concrete block walling with cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement : 3 Sand) Raised and cut including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete. With ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead,Red-oxide/zinc oxide chrome. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter enamel paint other than white. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Stone filling behind R/walls and B/walls complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
