Providing & laying approved branded ridge roofing tiles of 10 mm thickness and Water absorption: 3%-6% with Clay for body ,Glaze for the surface of approved shade and pattern on steel frame work, including laying ridge tape of approved make and sealing joints by aproved make silicon sealent as recommended by the manufacturer and finishing neatly, complete in all respect

Finishing with marine coated water resistant paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

ELECTRIFICATION WORK

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc.as required. 2 module

THEYYAM GRAMAM - PERFORMING YARD DEVELOPMENT

1) SITE LEVELLING

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed:

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Above 240 cm girth

EARTH WORK FILLING- Supplying contractors own earth including cost of conveyance and royalty and filling (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

2) YARD FORMATION

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill ( anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Only weight of grill to be measured for payment ).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance �1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0mm (�0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded.
