Annual repair and comprehensive maintenance contract of 01 Nos. 10passengers lift JOHNSON make in Ministry block IN Circuit house at Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra (H.P.) Machine No. L 9892)for the year 2025 to 2028

(i) Renew all wires ropes and chain to mainteain an adequate factor of safety, to equalie tension on all hoisting ropes, repair or replace conductor cables and hoist way and machine room elevator wiring,

(ii) Systematic examining and adjustment of following machine, worn gear, Thrust bearings Drives sheaves, Drive shelves bearings, brake contract, linings and components, Motor generator, motor, Motor generator, Motor windings, rotating elements, commutator, brushes brush holdder, bearings, coils, registance for operating and Motor circuit, magnet frames and other mechanical parts, controller, selector leveling, devices cams, relays, solid state comonents e.g PCB's transducers, resistance, condensers, power amplifier, transformers, contract, leads, dashpots timing devices, Steel selector tapes and mechanical and electrical driving equipment Governor, governor sheave, shaft assembly bearings and Governors jaws, cr and hall mechanical button, car and hall posiiton indicators hall lanterns, car direction indicators and all other car and landings as installed bny OTIS. Deflector or secondary sheave, bearing, car counter weight and counterweight guide rails and buffers, top and button limit switches, Governor tension sheaves asseembly, compensating sheaves assembly car, counter weight and counter overweight guide shows including rollers or gibs, interlock on Hoist way.

(iii) Examine periodically all safety devices and governor and all customary safety test.

(iv) The firm will provide emergency minor adjustment all back services 24 hours as all working days as well as holidays/ Sunday. The firm will maintain the lift in reliable and efficient operating connections.
