Demolition of stone masonary below G.L. Upto 1.50mtr depth including stacking of servicable materials and disposal of un-serviacable material within all leads. Rubble masonary in cement mortar.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto all heights and stacking the excavated soil in all specified distance. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble masonary/polygonal rubble masonary un-coursed/brought courses with hard stone of approved quallity in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-stu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pillars, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

d) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

e) For Stair cases

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in . a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

d) Stair cases

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels.

Full Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto all heights with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 2nd class bricks.

Half Brick work using common clay burnt building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto all heights with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) 2nd class bricks.

Providing and fixing dyed/anodised aluminium work for door, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections to of approved make . conforming to 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868.(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 ) fixed with rawplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners i/c necessary filling up of gaps at junctions , at top , bottom and sides with frequired PVC/ Neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rustfree ,straight ,mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required i/c cleat angle, aluminium ,snap beading for glazing /panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws .All complete as per Architectural drawing and the directions of Enginner in charge. a)For doors windows and ventilators and glazed partitions frames.

b) For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisionsfor fixing of fitings where ever required including the cost of PVC /neoprene gaskes as required .(fittings and glazing /panelling shall be paid for seperatly.)

Providing and fixing double action hydarulic spring of approved brand and manufacture (conforming to IS 6315) for aluminium door including cost of cutting floor as required embedding in floors and cover plates etc. Etc. Complete as per the direction of engineer in charge i/c making good in floors.

Providing and fixing aluminium grills including fixing with aluminium U section complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing stainless wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85G with wire of 0.56mm to windows and clearstory window i/c U section of aluminium in beading of.

Providing and laying spartic ceremic tiles 5.5 mm thick in flooring (300x300mm size) treads or steps laid on abed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand)finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Digital wall tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers or steps and dado on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cemen:3sand) and jointed with white cement slurry.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm (avg) thickness base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing and moulding of edges complete.

Applying Birla white care wall putty over plaster surface after throughly brushing the surface free from mortor drops ,dust ,loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering(two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droping and other foreign matterand also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.
