Demolition of brick / stone / PCC block masonry / RCC Jalli fixed in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, complete all as spd and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on stone masonary/brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd and directed

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface including rubbing the surface smooth and applying one coat of white cement primer and white cement based wall putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of approved shade and quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surface of Ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as spd and directed

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer , wall care putty as specified and two coat of oil bound Distemper (White or tinted) complete , all as specified amd directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonary/brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed
