Modifications of the base frames of pumping unit no's. 1 & 2 is to be carried out by way of disassembling of existing motors. The Job includes disconnecting of all motor leads, disassembling of motor, as per requirement of Job. Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of gas cutting equipment, welding set using load carrier auto from workshop to site and vice versa. Modifications to the base frame of unit no. 01 by way of gas cutting of MS base frame using oxy acetylene gas cutting equipment (total of 3'8" cutting length). Welding of the lower and upper portion of the MS base frame after cutting of the base frame portion for alignment of motor with the pump. The Job includes all tools, tackles required for completion of the Job. (Total length of welding required is 3'8"). Modifications to the base frame of unit no. 02 by way of welding of existing ISMC75. (Total length of welding required is 24 inch) The Job includes all tools tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job. Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.

Repairs to the flange of the suction pipe(300mm) coupled to foot valve of the main pumping unit by way of: Dismantling of the suction pipe along with the foot valve for its repairing. Welding to the cracked welding joint of the flange with the foot valve using superior class welding electrodes and ensuring that the welding is completely leak proof. Job includes all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job. Assembling back the suction along with the foot valve and testing for leakages/ suction break. The Job further includes providing and fitting of assorted size nut, bolts and gasket.

Providing and fitting of 1 rft MS pipe of 300mm dia(4.5mm thick) to be fitted on the delivery side of the pumping unit. The Job includes all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job.
