OD84194/2024-2025: Round the clock Operation of 3 Nos 110 TR Air cooled Chiller A/C plant, in the Super Specialty Block, Govt. Medical College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram including rectifying minor defects which are noticed in the A/C system and make the system in good working condition at all time.This contract will not include supply of any components or spares. But the contractor is liable to engage his workers, round the clock, who must possess ITI certificate in the Trade of AC Mechanic, under Govt. of India(after studying full time regular course) and must surrender the certificate of the personnel before the agreement authority as long as he/she is engaged, and should be sufficiently experienced,Mininimum 2 years after obtaining the certificate and must be capable of replacement of any spares/ components supplied from the department. The contractor shall engage one number the said qualified and experienced A/C Mechanic in each shift.

OD84195/2024-2025:The Annual Maintenance Contract of one number of 110 TR water cooled DX Chiller includes:- 1. Check and render preventive maintenance service to all equipment every 3 month ie, four times in an year through m/s Blue star limited 2.Attend all breakdown calls immediately Each service will include;- a.Checking the functioning of chiller units/AHU Unit/Pumps/Cooling Towers/Controls and all such equipment connected with the chiller machines b.Free replacing of defective/ worn out parts with new or repaired parts of Compressor/Thermostat/Cutouts etc. as required.. c.Repairing of equipment at site/Service station as the case may be d.Descaling of condensers /chemical cleaning of evaporator coils/replacement of pre filters. (e)Replenishing refrigerant gas and compressor oil in the system arising out of system defect, excluding sealed compressor ,f.Checking of compressor for its proper functioning g. Annual pumping down and re-starting as and when needed. h.Checking of microprocessor control panel , Control boards ,transducers of packaged chillers/Condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary etc as required. The rate is including the annual periodical servicing of AHUs, repairs and / or replacement of spares such as VFDs, AHU motors, AHU Coils, gate valve, glob valve and chilled water pump and minor repairs in chilled water pipe line, minor sheet metal works including replacement of front grille, dampers, diffusers, hinges and repairing the complaints in electrical control panels including replacement of damaged switch gears.

16.2.8:Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / cu m density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class 'O' insulation applied by suitable rubber based adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150mm & below shall be M.S. 'C' class as per IS: 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35mm thick M.S.
