Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material or debries out side MoD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Anti Termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding layer etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with & including integral water proofing compound at 3 % by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note;- WPC shall be paid seperately

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item 88 to 91:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Supply only integral water proofing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall ,ceiling ,chajja and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted over a caot of alkali resistant primer including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
