Provision of barbed wire fencing and construction of road along with leveling the area near Barkani/Dumetra for CE (S) Department

• (1) The bidder must have experience of having successfully completed Civil construction work/ Civil repair & maintenance work in any Central/ State Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Public Limited Company of the value as specified below during last 7 (seven) years (ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued):-

i. One (01) completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.480.725 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

ii. Two (02) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.300.454 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

iii. Three (03) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.240.366 lakhs (incl. of GST)

The following documents (notarised) to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

i) Copy of Purchase Order/ Contract Copy/ Work Order issued by the concerned executing authority.

ii) Copy of Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate issued by the concerned executing authority for the work/ works.

iii) The Work order and completion certificate so submitted should be in the name of participating tenderer.

iv) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client

• 1. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs.257.53 lakhs (incl. of GST) during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2024.

2. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year ending 31st March’2024 considered for turnover.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility:-

Copies of Audited annual financial reports / Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three financial years ending 31.03.2024.

The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

Note:

i) SAIL reserves the right to verify any supporting document(s) submitted by a participating tenderer/ bidder from its source (document issuing authority).

ii) In the interest of expeditious completion of verification, a participating tenderer/ bidder shall provide a list of each supporting document on its letter head as per “Annexure-S” along with contact details (Postal address, email address, landline/ mobile number) of the issuing authority of each supporting document for verification.

iii) Non- verification of any supporting document or information, at the sole discretion of SAIL, does not absolve the tenderer/ bidder of its absolute responsibility to provide only genuine document(s) in support of eligibility conditions.

iv) In case a supporting document or information is found to be fake/ forged/ tampered/ non-genuine at any stage during tendering process & even after placement of Purchase Order / Work Order, the tenderer/ bidder is liable for punitive action as per extant guidelines of SAIL.
