Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality "B" framed work as in doors or gates with frame/chowkat with hand made holdfast made from angle of other section with gusset plates, rails braces, flat etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with sliding door bolts etc. (excluding steel covering which shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this Schedule) and hanging fastening and fixing at any level in high raised bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall/ceiling etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC for final coat, first layer is 10 mm thick finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed. (Note :WPC @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions measured and paid sepatarely).

Material & Labour for applying two coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. all as specified and directed for work upto 4 th storied.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.45mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensil strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed incl taking down old one.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complate all as specified and as directed including taking down old one.

Cleaning of 5000 litrs capacity PVC water storage tank by taking down existing inlet and outlet pipes setting aside the tank and cleaning, rubbing down and removing all scales and dirt, mud and any other foreign materials etc from inside complete incl writting letter on PVC tank as TANK CLEANED ON ____ Dt, Month and year complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of PVC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 1000 litres upto and including 2000 litres by taking down existing inlet and outlet pipes setting aside the tank and cleaning, rubbing down and removing all scales and dirt, mud and any other foreign materials etc from inside complete incl writing letter on PVC tank as TANK CLEANED ON ____ Dt, Month and year complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 100 mm thick Type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finish concrete surface even and rough finish to receive topping layer.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with grey pigment cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors all as specified and as directed

M&L screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on floors for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic digital tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 15mm thick backing layer CM (1: 4) with cement slurry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Non skid ceramic digital tiles in floor surface 400x 400x 12 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old MS seccon concertina coil of any description from RCC / MS fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole, 150 mm bore pipe, for connecting new drains making good to pipe and removing cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, smooth finish and re-forming benching complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour including tools and plant required for cleaning of manholes using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013 and removing blockage if any and removing night soil/ silted sludge/ waste material outside MD land unprohibited by any authority and following the statutory law/ guidelines complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap , nahani trap , gully trap (GT) , kitchen, bath etc. (carrying slage ) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete UPTO 4th FLOOR all as specified.

M&L for including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap , nahani trap , gully trap (GT) , kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sludge ) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete UPTO 5th TO 8th FLOOR all as specified.

M&L for including tools and plant required for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap , nahani trap , gully trap (GT) , kitchen, bath etc. (carrying slage ) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete UPTO 5th TO 12th FLOOR all as specified.

M&L for including tools and plant required for cleaning of the drain pipes upto 150mm dia by roading from manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning and removing all sludge , dirt and solid contents to a distance n exc 100m and burried in ground (min 30cm below ground level) including necessary excavation returning filling and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repairs 600 mm x 450 mm x 75mm thick precast RCPC perforated drain cover slab of 2 MT load bearing capacity with embossing RCPC 2MT complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable cover.
