Supply and labour for erection of DP Transformer structure complete including excavation,erection of 30' RCC pole, refilling of 30' RCC pole and concreting 0.6 x 0.6 x 1.5 mts. and coping 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.5 mts. in 1:3:6 ratio using cement. 20mm HBG metal and sand, (30' RCC pole, DP structure materials, Bed channel, S/ C AB switch, 5'6" channel cross arm, HG Fuse, LAS, Pin Insulators, center support, M.S Angle 50x50x6 stay sets (if required), erection of earth electrode and construction of 4 nos of earth pit, GI wire No.6 for earthing all metal parts, Copper No. 4 wire for earthing of 18 KV Lightning arrestor and separate earthing for Transformer LT earth bush, painting 2 coat of aluminium paint for all channels, metal parts etc. and two coats of cement colour painting, to RCC pole etc., including cost of concreting materials such as cement,20mm HBG Metal, sand, aluminium & cement paint, copper No. 2,4 & 16 for jumper connections, HG Fuse arrangement, earthing of LAS, 'B' Class G.I Pipe 50mm dia for earthing, 12 mm alkathene pipe, HT/LT Danger & name board SS, MS 5/8 bolt nuts & washers (required size ) etc., Including loading and unloading charges for DTRs and conductor to be supplied by the Department.

Supply and Labour charges for erection of 42' Rail pole including excavation of pole pit and concreting, 0.6 x 0.6 x 2 Mts. and coping 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.5 Mts. in 1:3:6 ratio using 20 mm HGB Metal, earthing of Rail pole including supply of concreting materials and No. 6 G.I wire for earthing.
