Excavation over area not exc 1.5mtr deep and getting out soft soil and removing the excavated material not exc 50 mtr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8(40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as spd and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks,laid flat, in sloping sides of drains, old size bricks, beded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 including ramming of sides of drain complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to for fair finished surfaces of slanting walls of drain and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better all as speciified and directed

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, fair finished and flat surface (Horizontal or sloping), all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in reinforced cement concrete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with Solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 ,but except block, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Old block obtained from demolition against item No 1 shall be reused this item after cleaning in all respect.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4, finishesd even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 600 mm dia Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collar all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete M-10 (nominal mix) type C2(1:3:6)40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as sepcified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to drain channel not exc 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Same all as per item No 20 above but Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto
