Fabrication and erection of exhibition display board arrangements at the CSIR-NIIST premises

L-shaped display arrangement

Supply & Installation of "L" shaped display arrangement as per the detailed specification and drawing enclosed below, cost including all necessary materials, labours, loading, unloading & transportation charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Display Boards (A & B) - A. Front - multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 18 mm thickness) B. Side – multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness). The complete display system should be supported with a rigid structure made of 18 gauge 1-inch GI square pipe. Vinyl UV printing on all 11 display boards. Fixing 4 mm acrylic laser cutting letters for the area 2’ x 3’ on 11 display boards (matter for display will be given by NIIST). Top and bottom supporting panels made of multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness) and with matt finish PU painted. Light: LED light strip of approved brand and manufacture (12 w, warm or cool light) – 40 meters, to be fixed back side of each display board and edges of top and bottom supporting panels. LED focus light of approved brand and manufacture (12 w, warm or cool light) to be fixed on the top and bottom supporting panels in such a way that it is focused on the display boards.

Table with cover (should be placed in front of each display board shown in drawing-1a)

Supply and installation of Table with cover as per the detailed specification and drawing enclosed below, cost including all necessary materials, labours, loading, unloading & transportation charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Display table (size: 2’ x 2’) as shown in Drawing-1b Top and bottom –multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 18 mm thickness) Side –multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness). Mat finish PU paint B. Cover having a size of 2’ x 2’ made of acrylic sheet (4 mm) for each display table. Light: LED light strip of approved brand and manufacture (12 w, warm or cool light) – to be fixed on the top of the display table.

Large display board

Supply and installation of large display board (19 feet length and 9 feet height ) as per the detailed specification and drawing enclosed below, cost including all necessary materials, labours, loading, unloading & transportation charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Display board of size as per Drawing made of multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 18 mm thickness) supported firmly by the rigid metal frame with 18-gauge GI pipe (3” x 1.5“) The board should be laminated with vinyl UV printing (matt finish) . Fixing photo frame maximum 13 Nos., including the CSIR-NIIST logo, made of multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness) with an LED light strip of approved brand and manufacture (12 w, warm or cool light) – to be fixed on the back side of each photo frame. Renovation of existing display board

Renovation of existing display board by Fixing of vinyl UV printing (matt finish) with lamination on the existing display board of size. Frame made of multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness) for fixing LED spotlights (lights, 8 Nos. will be provided by CSIR-NIIST). Fixing photo frame maximum 15 Nos , made of multiwood of approved brand and manufacture (white in color, 12 mm thickness) on the existing display board. Photos by UV printing as per Drawing enclosed
