Repairing (and overhauling) of Air-cooled 30 TR compressor including Rewinding, compressor oil, nut-bolts, anti-vibration pad, connection, interconnection, all the electrical wiring with servicing of rotor, shaft, bearings, mechanical seals, replacement of defective components such as bearings, gaskets, O-rings, and terminal connectors and loading, unloading of the same. (Carrier make)

Supplying and charging of R-22 non-CFC refrigerant gas in the following capacity 30 ton after pressure testing with nitrogen gas, vacuuming etc. as required (Gas will be supplied by the contractor)

Supplying, fabrication, welding and fixing of MS C-section of size 100 mm × 50 mm × 6 mm for zonal pump base frame including cutting to size, drilling, welding, application of red-oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete as required. No separate payment for cutting, welding, fixing, drilling and painting etc. complete as reqd as per actual site requirement and direction of Engineer-incharge at site.

Supplying , Fabrication & fixing of 6mm thick M.S chequered sheet on existing M.S angle iron frame i/c cutting edges, grinding and painting with enamel black colored paint providing red oxide primer, welding and painting etc. complete as reqd as per actual site requirement and direction of Engineer-incharge at site.

Supply and replacement of filter drier core of 15-inch size, suitable for use in chiller refrigeration systems, complete in all respects. The drier core shall be having high moisture and acid absorption capacity, designed to remove contaminants, moisture, and acids from the refrigerant circuit to ensure safe and efficient operation of the system. The scope shall include dismantling of existing defective/saturated drier core, opening of the drier shell (if applicable), and replacement with new compatible 15” drier core. The item shall also include 5/8” flare nut connections with proper tightening, sealing, and leak-proof installation etc as directed by Engineer in charge

Repairing, servicing, testing, and commissioning of Carrier make chiller having multiple refrigerant leakages, including dismantling, leak detection, silver brazing, reassembly, insulation restoration, and performance testing as per OEM specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Replacement of thermostat/temperature controller assembly for existing chiller plant suitable for precise control of chilled water temperature and system operation, complete in all respects. The scope shall include supply of thermostat unit (digital/analog as per existing system), temperature sensor (NTC/PTC/RTD type as applicable), capillary probe (if required), control wiring, and mounting accessories compatible with the existing chiller system. The thermostat shall be capable of accurate sensing and control within the required temperature range and shall be suitable for integration with the chiller control panel, complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of 5 HP, 3-phase, 415 V chilled water pump motor, including dismantling, removal of burnt windings, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire, insulation, varnishing, oven baking, reassembly, testing, and commissioning, complete as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of condenser fan motor of existing HVAC/chiller/VRV outdoor unit, including supply of new motor of suitable rating (1.5 HP), voltage (415 V/230 V), RPM, insulation class, enclosure type, and mounting arrangement, fully compatible with the existing system and of approved make, complete in all respects. The motor shall be checked for correct rotation, vibration-free operation, and proper current consumption and as directed by Engineer in charge. The old motor to be retained by the contractor.
