Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exc. 100 m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying water proofing treatment over roof, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule 'A').

M&L for waterproofing Coating with polyurethane based water proofing liquid membrane of approved make to be applied by brush with multi coats with minimum dry film thickness of 1mm and shall be cured by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: the above treatment will be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm/company.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid joint free non skid tiles ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shades of tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cm(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, approaches, dado/Partitions etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including griding & polishing with 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 11 above but as in skirting on 10 mm thick rendering/ back coating in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc. 250 and not exc. 500 ltrs, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered ISI Marked (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) of 500 Litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes securing access covers etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n. exc 500 Ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in same position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) as in water tank platforms, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 20 mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20 mm - 210gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) and fixed in position complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 15 mm bore medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of GI tube 20 mm bore medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall of any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for (10+10) mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for preparing of new plastered surface of wall and applying finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coats of cement based wall putty 1 mm each to wall surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying 2 coat of cement based wall care putty 1 mm each including complete removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering plastering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Vitreous China Ware Wash hand basin white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm size (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets and including, waste pipe, CP waste coupling etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 15mm dia bore fancy type pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa" pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests(excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with 'P' or 'S" trap from or back inlet etc including connection to trap and flushing pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti siphonage pipe, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made partly glazed i.e. upper panel will be wire mesh fitted externally in the clear space & lower panel will be plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made solid panel factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 150 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of harrison rails curtain rod, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5 mm thick prelam/plain colour PVC sheet reinforce with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and metre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 nos of screws to be provided to the horizontal member etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing & fixing factory made solid PVC cup board shutter (Flush type) of 24 mm thick made from co-extruded 3 layer rigid PVC foam sheet (single extruded) with density not less than 600kg/cum outer layer (.8-1mm) thick should be of rigid PVC with density of not less than 1400kg/cum manufactured by an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. Door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of providing and fixing factory made PVC shelf/ partition of required size consisting of 20mm thick Solid PVC Sandwich Panel with 1mm Plain PVC Sheet on both sides suitably fixed in M.S. angle frame work as per specification & drawing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 75 mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium window sliding type three track (2 glazed & one gauzed shutter ) aluminium sections weighing not less than 1.67kg/m for frame and 0.55 kg/m for shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , screws, handle, locking arrangement and 5.5mm thick plain/tinted glass and aluminium mosquito proof gauge including taking down of old existing steel window and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Powder coated aluminium louvered ventilators of size n exc 0.50 Sqm area with glass louvers, without sash bars of aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.605kg/m for frame of size 40x20x2mm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing , anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and 5.5mm thick tinted glass fixed in panels with suitable locking arrangements including taking down of old existing steel ventilator and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ footpath/ steps finished cement concrete surface even & fair etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 0.56 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 bend to shape fixed with pins to door shutter to prevent water splashing, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings over crumple joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- For Method refer PS in sunken floor treatment.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, primer over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, for staircase steps (treads) in single piece (of length not more than 1200mm), jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including provn of two Nos 3x3 mm grooves at tread of each step laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone 15-20 mm thick for staircase steps (risers) in single piece (of length not more than 1200mm), jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and beewax polishing over 10 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of MS 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 , type B1, 20mm graded aggregate as in kerbs, coping and other similar including form work (straight or curved), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up including removing salt glazed stoneware pipe 150 mm bore (internal) with concrete bedding and haunching complete including necessary earth work as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description & in any position not specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of for PVC (SWR) (Bore of pipe 150mm) pipes with working pressure 6 kg/cm² single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with necessary clamps, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
