Replacing damaged AC roofing sheet with Galvalume sheet at Chemical Godown

Dismantling damaged AC roofing sheets of all sizes at any levels upto a maximum of 10M from floor level for roofs/ cladding by carefully unbolting, lowering sheets, conveying and stacking at places as directed, collecting roofing bolts and depositing at places pointed out, including all safety precautions to workers, equipments, machineries at the risk and cost of contractor etc., complete.

Fixing ridges above roof with Galvalume ridges of standard size and shapes as per standard practices, including all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, all other incidentals etc., complete.

Roofing, side cladding with Galvalume sheets of required size and shape in required position, lifting sheets to position, bolting with self driven bolts of approved size and quality at corrugated portion only, sealing bolt holes with sealants, all safety precautions for men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges and all other incidental expenses etc., complete. (Required quantity of sheets & bolts will be issued from TCC free of cost)

Dismantling, lowering, removing MS structural works at any height upto a maximum of 10M from floor level for roof structures/ cladding using angles, channels etc., cutting with gas cutters and lowering carefully, as per standard practices, all safety precautions to men and materials,at contractor's risk and cost. Sorting dismantled materials category wise and transporting to required places as directed inside factory, including all labour charges, hire for tools and plants etc., complete.

Structural steel fabrication and erection at site for roof purlins, truss members etc., using standard sections as supplied from Stores, including painting two coats with chlorinated rubber paint above one coat of primer, setting and fixing to position by welding/ bolting, all safety precautions to men and materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges, hire for tools and plants, all other incidental expenses etc., complete.

Painting structural steel works of purlins/ rafters, after cleaning all rust by chipping and rubbing using chlorinated rubber paint two coats above one coat of primer, including all safety precautions to men & materials, at contractor's risk and cost, all labour charges and other incidentals etc., complete. (Required paint will be issued from TCC free of cost)

Providing protection netting below the truss level using heavy duty nylon nets as supplied from Company, tying to columns, reinforcing netting using nylon ropes wherever requried, as required for men working above roof for sheet dismantling and re-roofing, making nets to the required sizes, structures and tying to required places, removing whole netting after work, all labour charges, all safety precautions, at contractor's risk and cost, and all other incidentals etc., complete.
