Fabrication, providing and fitting of 05feet×03feet floor mounted LT panel board fabricated out of ISA 40×40×5 mm fitted with 19 mm ply board in rear and with sun mica sheet in front supported by two vertical posts in ISA 40×40×5 mm with each leg 04 feet height, one feet embedded in ground duly grouted in cement concrete M15 mix. The job includes providing and fitting of digital type Voltmeter 0-500 V (01 no.) and digital Ampere meter 0-200A (01 no.), neon type indicating lamps (06 no.) for incoming and outgoing circuits including wiring of suitable amperage as per site requirement including thimbling of reputed make on panel board. The job includes all cost of carriage of material, skilled labour, AC/DC welding set, DG set, nuts, bolts, unforeseen items, tools and tackles as required for completion of Job at site.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 60HP (L&T/Bentex/Kilburn make). OISD Starter, mechanically operated, working on 415±10% AC voltage supply, 50HZ, working on star delta principle. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper bush rods 6 nos. 3 for incoming and 3 no’s for outgoing, and auto tripping system. The starter shall be fitted with heavy duty copper points, both moving and fixed. The complete assembly shall be housed in a suitable container fabricated out of appropriate gauge MS sheet with easy inspection cover. The starter shall be first filled with starter oil (upto required level) of high grade and low viscosity. The starter shall be mounted with nuts and bolts for proper fixing on panel board and tested on full load at site.
