HT CABLE (M & L): Supply & laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 300 sq.mm., 3 core for (1) MRS to RF-1 S/S (two runs), (2) Tie link between MRS1 & MRS2, (3) Supply to T1 & T2, complete in all respect. HT CABLE TERMINATION (M & L): Supply & making of cable termination with termination-kit for 11 KV(E) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 300 sq.mm. TRANSFORMER 2500 KVA (M & L): Supply and installation of Transformer, step-down, 11-6.6/0.433 KV complete, outdoor type, copper wound, resin cast dry type of capacity 2500 KVA complete in all respect. LT CABLE 300 SQ.MM. (M & L): Supply & laying of PVC/XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 300sq.mm., 3.5 core, confirming to IS:7098, complete in all respect. Make: CRYSTAL, GLOSTER, FINOLEX, POLYCAB, UNIVERSAL, HAVELLS.

JOINTING / TERMINATION OF LT CABLE 240 TO 300 SQ.MM. (M & L): Supply and fix cable jointing / Termination for 1.1 KV grade cable for complete with Jointing /Termination material (aluminium cable sockets, brass cable glands, PVC insulation tapes etc.)and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 240 to 300 sq mm., complete in all respect.

LT CABLE 185 SQ.MM. (M & L): Supply & laying of PVC/XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 185sq.mm., 3.5 core, confirming to IS:7098, complete in all respect. Make: CRYSTAL, GLOSTER, FINOLEX, POLYCAB, UNIVERSAL, HAVELLS.

JOINTING / TERMINATION OF LT CABLE 120 TO 185 SQ.MM. (M & L): Supply and fix cable jointing / Termination for 1.1 KV grade cable for complete with Jointing /Termination material (aluminium cable sockets, brass cable glands, PVC insulation tapes etc.)and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sq mm., complete in all respect.

AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER 3200A (M & L): ACB 3200 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type to be Retrofitted in the existing LT Panel (HT shop) with microprocessor release, 50 kA with overload, short circuit and earth fault protection, copper busbars, CTs, ammeter, voltmeter and MFM. Make: SIEMENS / L&T / SCHNEIDER.

AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER 1000A (M & L): ACB 1000 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 V, Manual Drawout type to be Retrofitted in the existing LT Panel (HT shop) with microprocessor release, 50 kA with overload, short circuit and earth fault protection, copper busbars, CTs, ammeter, voltmeter and MFM. Make: SIEMENS / L&T / SCHNEIDER.

DISMANTLING & REFIXING OF LT AIR-BREAK (SWITCH) DB (L): Dismantling & refixing of LT AIR-BREAK (SWITCH) DB with accessories on MS angle with nuts, bolts etc.

EXCAVATION SOIL: Excavation of hard/dense soil over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep in cable trenches and getting out.

REFILLING OF SOIL: Returning, filling in, inc spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of excavated soil for cable trenches.

SAND FILLING (M & L): Sand filling under cable trenches over laid cables.

GI CABLE TREY AND SUPPORTING COLUMN (M & L): Supply, fixing & febrication of rolled GI channel, angle, sheet, plates, rods and flats of different sizes for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. with Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-B for fixing of prefebricated cable trays / supporting column of different sizes, supports etc., complete in all respect. The structure shall be hot dip galvanized with minimum thickness of coating not less than 80 microns. Galvanization shall conform to IS-2629, 4759 & 4736 as applicable.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (M & L): Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass cement concrete of Type B0 1:2:4 Type B1 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded (20 mm graded aggregate)concrete, complete in all respect.

FORMWORK TO CONCRETE (M & L): Formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, complete in all respect.

TMT BAR STEEL REINFORCEMENT FOR CONCRETE (M & L): Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) 6mm to 8mm dia or securing with clips, complete in all respect.

STEEL PIPE (M & L): Galvanised Steel Tubing (Piping), medium grade of bore size 100mm, including all fixing & fitting (MS clamps, flats) laid across drains, roads, fixing complete with all respect. Make: TATA, JINDAL.

DEMOLITION OF BRICKWORK & MASONRY (L): Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc.

CEMENT CONCRETING: Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate), for repairing the demolished brick or masonery work on roads, hard standings & footpaths including tile-soaling, complete in all respect.

BRICK FOR CABLE SUPPORT (M&L): Supply & laying of Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry, on edge With burnt clay bricks of sub class B, old size on two sides of laid cable.

BRICK WORK (M & L): Supply & making of Brick work with subclass B bricksbuilt in cement mortar 1:4 for making of walls & cable trench, complete in all respect.

CEMENT PLASTERING (M & L): Supply & making of Cement plastering 10mm thick on fair surfaces of brickwork or concrete surface, in cement mortar 1:4 (with net finish on floor), complete in all respect.

EARTH CONTINUITY CONDUCTOR (L): Supply & Fixinging of Earth ontinuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip.

EARTHING (M & L): Supply & making of Earthing for SS LT Switchgear, complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, connected with galvanised iron 32 x 6mm strip as earthing lead (upto 7.5m) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or GS all as shown in Plate No. 5 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion. This includes making of pit, providing CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and GI earth lead protec

tion pipe.

MS CHEQUERE PLATE: Supply & fixing of Rolled mild steel Plates (Chequered of 8 mm. thickness) [Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A] channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with 2-coat of red oxide primer for cable trench cover.

UG CABLE 25 SQMM (M&L): XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sq. mm, 3½ core, complete in all respect.

JOINTING / TERMINATION OF LT CABLE 16 TO 35 SQ.MM. (M & L): Supply and fix cable jointing / Termination for 1.1 KV grade cable for complete with Jointing /Termination material (aluminium cable sockets, brass cable glands, PVC insulation tapes etc.)and accessories suitable for 3½ core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 16 to 35 sq mm., complete in all respect.

GI CHANNEL/ANGLE/FLAT (M&L): Supply, fixing & febrication of rolled GI channel, angle and flat, [Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A] fixed independently for fixing of LT PDB`s and making & fixing of cable trays / cable cover supports of different sizes, supports etc., complete in all respect.

SUBMAIN WIRING (M&L): Wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/recessed as required of size 2x2.5 sq. mm + 1x1.5 sq. mm earth wire in steel conduit, junction box, complete in all respect. Make: MESCAB, HAVELLS, POLICAB, KEI, FINOLEX, ANCHOR.

160A MCCB WITH ENCLOSURE (M&L): Complete with the following in all respect. MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA to be fixed in the sheet GI steel enclosure.

160A MCCB WITH ENCLOSURE (M&L): Complete with the following in all respect. Sheet GI steel enclosure of size 2nos.x 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.3m, and spreader terminal, complete in all respect. Thickness of sheet in 1.60 mm.

STEEL METAL ENCLOSURE FOR MCB DB (M&L): Supply, fixing & connection of Sheet metal enclosure for DB`s MCB to be used, Three pole and neutral, 4-way, 415 V, double door, complete in all respect. Make: SIEMENS / L&T / SCHNEIDER.

MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER 5 TO 32A SP (M & L): Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissionin, complete in all respect. Make: SIEMENS / L&T / SCHNEIDER.

POINT WIRING (M&L): Poing Wiring with copper conductor cables FRLS in stove enamelled Steel Conduit steel conduit for One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with 2.5 sq. mm size PVC single core cables including earth wire, junction box, complete in all respect.
