Material and labour for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver with grey cement confirming to IS -15658-2000 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 grade as in path , hard standing etc laid over and including 25 mm compacted sand cushioning , including 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including surface excavation over area n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and remving excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n . exc 250 mtr , at any installation as per requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of PCC are included in this item . There will be no extra payment for PCC.

Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of SEWAGE Well installations area for each sewage well and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean area as directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- T&P machinary will be provided by the contractor.Cleaning should be done regular per month otherwise penalty of Rs. 1000/ per day per well for non cleaned surrounding area.

Supply and fix Electric Resistance Insulated Rubber Floor mat sheet of size 1mx2mx25mm thick ISI marked and equivalent colour as per direction with fixing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for removing old paint from surface of LT panel by scraping,rubbing and making good surface for painting and applying powder coated spary painting with existing colour complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for attending any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at Sewage well and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with tap, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items complete all as specified and directed. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 250/- per day will be imposed.

Maintenance and repair to leakage/blockage of water supply MS/CI/DI pipe line of 80 mm to 300 dia size including necessary excavation required for taking out burning out lead joint or damaged rubber ring/hole from position and making the disturbed surfaces as per existing surface after replacing new spun yarn and lead joint or Tyton joint or necessary fitting required as per site properly including welding work and making the pipe line leak proof completely to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing earthing and material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x60x6 mm thick , buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with using galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 , with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level , surrounded from all sides by charcoal dust and common salt in alternative layers of 15 cm depth and earth connected with equipment by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and connection to earth mesh including welding and complete with charcoal after installing earth strip , earth work and filling pit with PCC 12:4 type B-1 and pre cast RCC cover mix (1:1.5:3) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Dismantling and taking down rusted old UNSV LT Panel outdoor covers and M&L for Outdoor covers of LT panel board of existing size , outer shell made out of 3.1 mm thick MS sheet with front openable and back bolt openable lockable, followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old UNSV LT Panel board and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor type panel board of suitable size outer shell made out of 3.1 mm thick MS sheet & inner shell made out of 2.0 mm thick sheet and MS angle section 50 x 50x 6mm PCC1:2:4 type B-1, 45 cm up to the ground level, factory fabricated with front openable and back bolt openable lockable, openable by keys, having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers complete dust & vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz factory fabricated (factory approved from CPRI)having modern fabrication followed by powder coated painting having thickness not less than 100 microns including making connections with aluminium strip conductor and general construction conforming to IS-8623 of 1993 comprising of the following :- (i) TPN aluminium bus bar 350Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators (ii) Incoming MCCB 250 Amp, 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz 35 KA AC with adjustable thermal release setting Ics 80-100% of Icu and adjustable short circuit (3-6) In for power distribution - 01 No (iii) Outgoing MCCB 160 Amp, 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz 16 KA AC with adjustable thermal release setting Ics 80-100% of Icu and adjustable short circuit (6-10) In for power distribution -01 Nos. (iv) Outgoing MCCB 125 Amp, 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz 16 KA AC with adjustable thermal release setting Ics 80-100% of Icu and adjustable short circuit (6-10) In for power distribution -02 Nos. Dewatering sludgy water from the sewage well of appx 10-12 mtr deep to near by main deep line plant by means of diesel engine pump incl PVC/HDPE pipe complete with operator for taking up Non clog sewage submersible motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor will arrange suitable capacity of diesel engine pump and other equipments like HDPE Pipe and diesel for it at Site. 2. No extra payment will be done to contractor for arranging these Items. 3. Conractor will make arrangement for reaching upto or inside sewage well and repair the same if any damages at their cost. 4. Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate.

Desilting/cleaning of sewage well of depth 12 Mtr and 9 Mtr dia taking out sludge by sludge vacum truck in the form of solid also and getting out and removal to at a distance exceeding 250mtr but not exc 500 Mtr and burried the same in low laying area complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor will arrange all equipments/machinary for the above mentioned work at at Site. 2. No extra payment will be done to contractor for arranging these Items. 3. Conractor will make arrangement for reaching upto or inside sewage wells with all saftey and oxygen mask cylinder and equipments and repair the same if any damages at their cost. 4. Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 221200.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
