Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates by mechanical means of 53mm to 22.4mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (eighty-one hundred kilo newton) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORTH Specification clause 404 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying priming / tack coat with bitumen VG-10 (ten) at the rate 1.00Kg. (one kilogram) per square metre, on existing water bond macadam surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per HPPWD / MORD specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Bitumen will be procurred by departmentally)

Providing and laying 2 cm (two centimetre) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (one point eight cubic metre) and 0.90 cum (zero point nine zero cubic metre)of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) size and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) size respectively per 100 sqm (one hundred square metre)and 52 kg (fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen VG-10 (ten) per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) size respectively, including consolidation with road roller of 6 (six) to 9 (nine) tonne capacity etcetera complete with paving Asphalt VG - 10 (ten) grade heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 (seventy) grams per kilogram of asphalt as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Bitumen will be procurred by departmentally)

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate passing 2.36 mm (two point three six millimetre) and retained on 180 (one hundred eighty) micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg (one hundred twenty eight) of bitumen of grade VG - 10 (ten) bitumen per cubicmetre of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum (zero point six zero cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm (one hundred square metre) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Bitumen will be procurred by departmentally)
