Construction Of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.50M. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300.1 &300.2 with a lead upto 1000m. As per Technical specification clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preapared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavater at OMC ,and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired dencity, complete as per technical specification clause 401. of MORD data book

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 45-63mm. to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book. compacted thickness 7.50 cm.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size 22-4-53mm to water bound macadum specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compating to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD data book.Compacted thickness 7.50 cm.

Brick edging with IS class7150 bricks laid morter in both side of the road 7.5cm wide including cost of all material and labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per PWD detailed specification no. 20.15

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD data book.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (V.G.-10) using pressure distributor at the rate of 3.5kg per 10 sqm. Area on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom compelte as per Clause 503 of MORD specification no. 5.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness over a tack coat with approved grit 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (V.G.-10) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity finished to required level and grates to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenus surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Seal coat (Type "C") with approved 6-7mm. Graded grit and bitumen (V.G.-10) as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
