Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, including finishing even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of chawk whitening complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course/padding, finished even and fair on roof/ chajjas etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old APP membrane with plaster of existing water proofing treatment on roof surfaces etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of roof slab/chajja with sweeping with brooms, removing all depositions /mud/vegetations etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per sqm of surfaces complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on concrete surfaces while concrete surface is green on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Suplly and laying Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric standard membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness, weight not less than 3kg/sqm, made out of 90 micron high density polyethylene (ATACTIC POLY PROPYLENT BASED) over and including a priming coat @0.3 Iitre/sqm with 100 mm overlap of membrane, membrane shall be fused uniformly with LPG torch flame, and applying hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for preparing new surfaces of roof and applying two coats of Polyurethene (PU) acrylic based Water proofing liquid compound over and including a coat of diluted elastomeric self primer and reinforcement fabric sheet as per manufacturer's instruction to stop leakage/seepage from roof/wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/ structure of any height.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1: 3:6 Type C-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops,coping and similar works, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity, setting aside or removing if required for repair, cleaning etc. hoisted if required and refixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling old unserviceable water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable water tanks (PVC/RCC/AC) of capacity exceeding 250 ltrs but not exceeding 500 ltrs complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 litre (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT valve high pressure with polyethylene float and flynut complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 1000 litre (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), triple layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including 20mm bore ball PTMT valve high pressure with polyethylene float and flynut complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100/150 mm bore Asbestos cement drain pipes, soil , waste and rain water pipes etc set in cement mortar, from walls or in floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 160 mm bore PVC (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with clamps complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC (SWR) bend any radius of 160 mm bore complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore pipe and connection including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of 15mm bore old steel tubing & connection in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of 20mm bore old steel tubing & connection in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 20 mm bore, medium grade, galvanised iron pipe, with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
