Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and directed. ( for pole )

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

S&F in repairs cable end joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable end joint 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for services for cable fault location for 11 KV, 3 core XLPE Cable 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm with the help of HT cable fault detector machine complete all as directed. Note : Cost of equipement /machinaries incl electrician and labour cost including transportation deemed to be included in the qouted rate.

M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed. Note: (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 KV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved.

Supply and fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make.Note: Items rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength.

Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, ovening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop for following capacities of transformer :-

400 KVA. Notes (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Taking out transformer from its original position and Transportation to repair workshop and re-installation in same location is deemed to include in quoted rates.

M&L for taking out of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials like impregnated paper or super enamelled of transformers of capacity 25/100/250/400 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

M&L for taking out of burnt LT coil winding and replacement of the same with copper strips of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials of transformers of capacity 25/100/250/400 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

Disconnecting the transformer any type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 25 to 400 KVA transformer and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system all as specified and directed Note :- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately

Supply only in repair of LT bushings with brass studs.

Supply only in repair of top cover gasket set.

Supply only in repair of radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick.

Supply only in repair of oil level indicator gasket set.

Supply only in repair of HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV.

Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer.

S&F in repair lightning arrestor non linear resister type (Surge) suitable for 11000 volt grade conforming to IS-3070 Part-I with discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps including stranded coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps mounted on steel mounting fabrication of MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/piope or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip .

M&L for Taking up tilted/leaned steel tubular pole 09/11 Mtr pole by breaking the coping , PCC foundation , securing the pole with rope for safety ,shifting the pole from public highway/valley side and stacking in safe location for refixing the same in original/ new suitable location all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for fouondation PCC and coping will be measured and paid seperately as relevent item of schedule.

Supply and erection truely vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 ( 09 mtr long), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( For intermediate poles and and for converting single pole to two pole structure )

M&L for refixing the Electric pole 09/11 Mtr long retrieved from item No 26 here in above , bringing the HT pole from stacked area, placing in trenches, alignment of pole for truly vertical position , securing the pole with rope for safety provding PCC incl proper ramming complete with PCC coping all as specified and directed at site . M&L for dismadling of tilted two pole structure including removal of all channels , nut bolt and washers , removing insulators and taking down HT 11 mtr poles( 02 nos) from ground incl taking out from original location and stacking all materials in safe custudy for refixing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for dismadling of tilted 4 pole structure including removal of all channels , nut bolt and washers , removing insulators and taking down HT 11 mtr poles( 04 nos) from ground incl taking out from original location and stacking all materials in safe custudy for refixing complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straining properly on insulators with and including aluminium tape/winding wire, clamps & jumpers etc. complete all as specified. Note : 3% for sag shall be added in measurement .

S&F in repair pin type polymer insulator white,brown,grey insulator 150 mm height and 120 mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified.

S&F in repair disc type polymer insulator white,brown,grey insulator 150 mm height and 120 mm dia for working pressure 33000 volts complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping padestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified. ( for pole)

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified. ( for pole)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 and applying two coats of white wash to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified. ( for pole and stay)

M&L for removing LT/HT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and restretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag,binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the LT/HT overhead line after completion as directed.(Note: Three/four runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

M&L for painting of steel tubular pole upto 11 mtr length incl MS clamp , bracket, cross arms with two coat of alumnium paint after preparation of old painted surface and applying metallic primer , providing 03 nos alternative strip of 30 cm wide with black and yellow super quality enamel paint above embedded level and writing pole nos with 02 inch wide letter complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No : Necessary electric shutt down will be taken from the Dpt before commencing the work .

Supply and fix in replacing LT Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two gavanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacing Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator working voltage 1100 volt, height 75 mm and dia 90mm including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, of size

M&L in replacing LT line seperator made of PVC 4 line complete with screws, bolts , nuts all as specified and direted.

M&L for rectifying fault on HT line from Khaltsi area to Biamah area and lamayuru area on call with suficient electrician, Helpers and tools complete including transportation all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary shut down will be taken from department before repairing any HT line The electrical team shall attend the complaint within 24 Hrs . A deduction Rs 1000/- per every 24 Hrs shall be paid by the contractor in case of delay.

The polycarbonate junction box shall be environmental friendly , recyclable , halogen and sylicon free, anti acid and anti corrosive with IP rating IP 67/69 in accordance with IEC 60529 weather proof UV resistant , rain water proof and temparature resistant . The gasket material of junction box shall be polyurethane and internally embedded. The junction box comprises of DIN rail and terminal for 3 phase . Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(TPN DB-03 Nos)
