4 Box cutting the road surface to proper slope and camber for making a base for road work including removing the excavated stuff and depositing on the road side slope as directed upto 50Mt.lead. 1 CMT

5 Leveling and rising of M.H. and I.C. frame and cover upto proposed road level including Cost of Excavation Reffiting of Manhole Frame and Cover curing etc complete including all carting and providing of materials which is required for the purpose as directed by Engineer in charge (Up to 0.4 m 1 No

6 Providing and Supplying Quarry spell including collection carting and sprading quary spell on roadsite including all labour Machinarys (JCB and Tactor ) Taxes and royaltie etc completed. 1 CUM

7 Earth Work for Side Solder murrum or selected soil in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. complete 1 CUM

8 Demolition and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(ii) Un-Reinforcement concrete. 1 CMT

9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1- Cement : 4- coarse sand : 8-Crushed stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth. 1 CMT

10 Providing and laying ordinary cement concrete M 200 (1:1.5:3)and curing complete excluding the cost of reinforcement for R.C.C work in Road by Trimix method by providing and Fixing steel form work with 100mm MS channel section including proper curing and as per required level slope and thickness of concrete road levalling of placed concete with surface vibrator finishing the surface with power floater and trowel ligh brooming on the surface including providing and filling expansion joint having size 20mm x 20mm as per manufactures spacification and making construction joint 3mm x 20mm by using concrete cutter machine etc. complete as directed. 1 CMT

11 Disposing off excavated stuff for lead of (E) 3 K.M. 1 CMT

12 Providing and fixing Pre-cast Rubber Dye/ Steel dye inter locking concrete block 60 mm thick with grade of concrete M30 pneumatic compressed/Vibrated mechanically and as per approved design confirming to IS 15658: 2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for leveling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidelines of IRC: SP 63-2018 etc. complete 1 SMT

13 Providing and fixing Pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based concrete block 30cm length,30cm height and 15cm thick of M200 grade concret as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in proper line and level,filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement:3fine sand) etc complete. 1 RMT

14 Providing TMT Bar FE 550D reinforcement for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level 1 KG

15 Preparing surface by Brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunney bags to remove all loose dirt etc.(ii) Black top/CC surface 1 SQ.M

16 RCC precast M.H. Frame & Cover Manufacture. supply & Delivery at store or at site of work precast RCC M.200 Frame & cover suitable to drainage M.H. and as per type design & Drawing including cost of reinforcement M.S. Angles or Flot, curing mold work etc. FRAME suitable for 50cm opening of MH - 35 MT Capacity 1 NOS.

17 RCC precast M.H. 18 Dismentaling tiled of stone floors laid in mortar including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. 1 SQ.M

19 Dismantling Kerb Stone (Dismantling kerb stone by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 metre) 1 RMT

20 Refixing Pre-cast Rubber Dye / steel Dyeinter locking concrete block including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidlines of IRC: SP 63-2018 etc. Complete. 1 SQ.M

1 All work shall be carried out as per public works department handbook and other specifications of division or as directed.

2 Rates quoted inclusive of clearance of sight (prior to commencement of work and at its close) in all respect and hold good for work under all conditions , sight, moisture, weather etc

3 One percent labor cess will be deducted from the valued work done as per ' Bulding and other construction work welfare cess act' G.R. No. GHR - 2005/04/CWA/2004/841/M-3 Dt. 31/01/2005

4 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills

5 GST will be paid extra as per Govt. amendment.
