Sch 'A' Part- X - MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rate in Green field under column 6)

M&L for providing PCC block of appx size 30x30x50cm for laying GI pipe in rockey and slope areas with PCC type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) including grouting/fixing of Anchor bolt/MS bolt and nut with washer in PCC/rock with MS clamp 50x6mm bend to shape for fixing GI pipe on PCC/rock surface all as specified and directed. Note : Cost for painting of iron surfaced with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of synchromite primer shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for cutting the existing pipe line in position and inserting medium grade ISI marked GI Tee of size 40x40x25 mm and one number union of 25 mm dia for making branch connection all as specified and directed.

M&L for HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6Kgf/cm2 , outer dia 90mm, fixed/laid on wall/floor with saddle clips made of MS flat of size 50x6mm at an interval of 3mtr for laying of UG cable of size 300/240 Sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply laying and testing PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable galvonised steel strip or wire armoured electric control cable (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade. (for alarm if failure and restoration of commercial supply)

M&L for Hot dip galvanised perforated cable trays 300 mm x 50 mm for LT cable of size 300 sqmm/240 Sqmm and fixed on wall / floor with suitable angle iron support frame complete all as specified and directed

M&L for testing of existing 630KVA outdoor Transformer 11KV/.433KV, Make-Kirloskar including filteration of transformer oil (420Ltrs), replacement of gaskets at LT/HT side bushings, tightening of nuts and bolts of neutral and body earthings, replacement of breather assembly and painting of transformer body complete with two coats of sysnthetic enamel paint of grey colour after removing of foreign materials/oil all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of small spares such as gaskets, GI nuts and bolts etc, required at site are deemed to be included in the item rate.

M&L for tesing and servicing of contact assemblies, arc chutes,disconnect(stabs), operating mechanism and over current protection devices of existing ACB, 4 pole, 1000A rating capacity 50KA, Make L&T all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of small spares required to make the ACB serviceable are deemed to be included in the item rate.

Shifting of existing servo voltage stabilizer 630KVA (3 x 210KVA) 3 phase, Make-MICRONS Systems and controls, from existing MES Sub Station to new location(SVR Room) after draining out the oil and disconnecting the connections and refilling oil including filteration of oil (1575 Ltrs) to achieve desired dielectric strength, topping up of oil level up to required level marked on conservator indicator, after shifting and making necessary connections and testing all as directed. Note : - Cost of insulation oil for topping up to the required level shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Indoor type Isolation Transformer of capacity 400 KVA oil cooled with Enclosure for copper wounded input voltage 3 Phase 415 V +/-10% Delta Connected and output voltage 3 Phase 415 V +/-10% Star, Transformer ratio 1:1, regulation <4%, dielectric strength 2500V for 60 Seconds, insulation class 'F', operating temperature- 0-40 degree Celcious, insulation resistence >1000M Ohms,leakage current <20 µ Amps, humidity 0 to 90% R.H all as specified and directed.

Supply, install testing and commissioning of 300KVA modular UPS with 30 Minuts back up. UPS system consists of one frame with 6 numbers 50KW module or 12 Nos of 25KW module connected in parallel confirming to all relevant IS/IEC protection for Mains over / under voltage, DC over / under voltage, Inverter under / over voltage , inverter over load, over heating built in soft / cold start and snubber circuits, Indication such as Mains ON, Inverter ON, Battery ON, Mains Over / Under Voltage, Phase fail, Low battery eminent DC over / under voltage, Remote alarm: Potential free contacts for input fault. Modules shall support automatically as and when the load increases or decrease. All modules must be hot swappable or hot pluggable. UPS with the following specifications:- (i) Input: 320 – 460VAC, 45 to 65Hz, 3 phase IGBT based Rectifier / Charger (ii) Input Phase sequence correction required. (iii) Temperature and load based fan speed required. (iv) Input Power Factor :>0.99 at rated load. (v) Input THDi : < 3% at rated load. (iv) Necessary additional switch/breaker/termination box or any facility, if required as per the OEM for the smooth installation and operation of UPS shall be provided by the Contractor and the quoted rate are deemed to be included for all the provisions.

Supply and fix Phase sequence corrector of capacity 300 KVA complete with AC Contactors of capacity 500 Amps 3 pole 02 Nos and Phase sequence corrector relay 1 No in MS panel of suitable size .

Material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing comprising of one No chemical earthing with specifications as follows:- (a) Nickal sealed Copper bonded rod of 17.2mm dia x 3 mtr long x 250 microns of ISI marked ,IEC 62561-2:2018 certified. (b) Fixing of Nickel sealed copper bonded strip 25mm x 3mm x 100 Microns(Length not exceeding 7.5 M).Fixing of copper earth electrode by exothermic welding. (c) Mixture of electra fill plus compound of IEC 62561-7:2018 certified with soil with capable of moisture content and make it in a tighty slurry form by adding water and fill it up to 35% (Average)length from the bottom portion (Apxx 40 Kg). (c) Mixture of electra fill plus compound of IEC 62561-7:2018 certified with soil with capable of moisture content and make it in a tighty slurry form by adding water and fill it up to 35% (Average)length from the bottom portion (Appx 40 Kg). (e) Add gravel at the top of the portion for easy passage of water and removal of air bubbles at the time of filling of electra fill plus and electra fill compound is necessary for easy dissipation of fault current. (f) Fixing of PVC earth pit chamber of size 24 x 24cm with M8 SS 304 grade nut and bolts all as specified. (g) FRP earthing display board 254 x 380mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing, earthing result, due date of testing along with fixing size 610mm height made of plastic hollow pipe of 20mm dia. Note (i) Rate of excavation and earth work shall deemed to be included in the item rate. (ii) Testing of earthing after completion of work and the result of each earth should not be more than 3 Ohm. If the result is more than 3 Ohm, contractor shall re done the earth on free of cost to achieve the desired value as directed. (iii) All the joints except at test point shall be done with exothermic welding.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire of 4 sqmm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR connected to earting test point all as specified or indicated complete with excavation & earth work, PCC pit with 50mm thick RCC cover (grade M-15) having suitable handle (10mm MS Rod) 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with GI funnel with wire mesh 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) forprotection of earth lead conductor all as directed and testing on completion.

Supply and fix and connecting up BLDC ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep,Speed not less than 310RPM,three blades of 100% rust free,air delivery not less than 225CMM,Power consumption not more than 35Watt,white colour with remote and batteries, complete with and including provision of cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm from connector to fan, provision of 3mm thick PVC sheet cover including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint all as directed

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz,RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm including cutting hole of suitable size on wall all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase. 230V of size 450m sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers all as specified and directed.
