Design, Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Raw Water LT VT Pump sets at Intake pump house at Neerattadi in Kaniyampatta Panchayath of ARWSS to Kaniyampatta 1. VT Pumps and Motors including allied electrical works 1.01. Pumps -1 no Supply erection testing and commissioning of Non pull out type with water cooling arrangements Vertical Turbine Pump set with Bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft, column assembly with strainer and all accessories, confirming the IS 1710 . The pump set shall be coupled with motor specified in item No given below. The duty condition of pump set are given below. Discharge: 130.43M3/Hr Total Head : 137.30 mtr ( including suction head of 16 mtr) Length of Pumping main :250 mm DI K9- 8850 mtr 1.02 Motor: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 415 V, 50 Hz Induction Motor - The motor shall be of SPDP ,screen protected drip proof, squirrel cage EF-2 induction motor as per Specification to suit the above pumps-Voltage: 415V--Speed: Max 1500 RPM - 1Nos.

Starter : Supply erection testing commissioning of suitable rating (fully automatic starter with air break contact for pumps less than 100 HP and for above 100 HP FCMA starters to be used) starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay with main contactor and bypass contactor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete. 1.04. Capacitor Bank—Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Capacitor Bank ( APP capacitor Panel having suitable capacity power factor compensation for motors - PF to maintain above 0.95), 440 V, required KVAr with externally fused capacitor Units, Dry type Al wound Series reactors, HRC fuse protection, Al Bus bars etc complete confirming to IS:2834-1986"- 1 No. :1.05. Supplying laying, testing, jointing and commissioning suitable size XLPE cable for the above pump sets from Panel board to Change over switch and from changeover switch to starter and from starter to motor for working one motor at a time : 1.06. Supply and providing ISI brand single compression cable gland termination for the above cables including cable lug of aluminum of suitable type and size : 1.07. Earthing : Supply and providing plate earthing as per IS 3043 by using suitable cast iron/copper plate with 2.5mtrs. Long 40mm dia 'B' class GI watering pipe extended up to middle of plate and clamped to the plate by GI clamps made out of 25x6mm GI strip providing funnel with weld wire mesh. Providing 1 no. earth bus made out of 25x6mm copper strip of 45cm long clamped to the water pipe at top and interconnection of earth bus with CI plate by using 2 nos. suitable coppefr/GI strip of suitable length, filling charcoal and salt at alternate intervals of 15cm all around plate. Providing masonry earth pit chambers of suitable size and CI chamber cover complete as required as per IS - 1 Lot <br>1.08.
