OD274597/2022-2023:• Chamber capacity 100-150 litres • Cooling by refrigerant / Thermoelectric technology • Inner chamber made up of corrosion resistant material and outer with high grade powder coated MS or better • Should have inner glass door and light to monitor samples without influencing chamber conditions • Temperature range +3?C to +40?C or better • Incubator should have microprocessor based controller with temperature accuracy ±1.0?C or better • Temperature uniformity inside the chamber at 20?C±0.5?C or better • Digital display with display of set value and process value of temperature with function of programme settings. • Auto start function after power loss / return • Should be with data logging facility • Refrigerant should be CFC free and environmental friendly • Microprocessor based controller should be place on the front panel of the equipment for easy access and monitoring • Should have height adjustable SS / corrosion resistant wire mesh / perforated shelves. 2 Nos of such shelves included as standard with provision for accommodating at least 3 nos and shall have loading capacity of 20Kg / rack or more. The unit should be easily stackable without the need of tools • It should have internal power sockets – 2 nos (Minimum) • The equipment should have CE conformity marking and CE certification to be submitted. • Should have safety requirements according to IEC 61326-1/EN-61010-1 international standard • Power : 230V ±10%, 50/60Hz • Power consumption : Maximum 170w • Hard copy of the instrument manual with specification details should be provided • IQ/OQ/PQ documentation shall be provided • Each equipment should be supplied with calibration certificate traceable to any national metrological institute standards at temp 20 degree C and 37deg C with maximum uncertainty of ±1?C in three different vertical points. All the measurements have to be done within 24 hours duration. • The incubator should be covered with at least 3 years warranty • Should be supplied with suitable automatic stabilizer of reputed make.
