2.27.2(SOR w.e.f 01.01.2024),Supplying and filling in plinth under floors including watering ramming consolidating in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth and dressing complete. Supplying and filing in plinth with soil (other then BC soil ) having MDD not less than 1.85 t/m3 under floors including watering, ramming and compacting (minimum compaction 95% of MDD) in layers not exceeding 15cm depth and dressing complete.

11.66 (SOR w.e.f 01.12.2024),Providing and laying factory made machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS:15658- 2006 and ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified. Made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, filling the joints with sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

21.2.1(SOR w.e.f 01.12.2024),Providing and fixing 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

NSOR 288,Providing and fixing prestressed vertically casted concrete panals (both surfaces should be smooth and having grooves on both faces) of M-40 grade of concrete of size 2200x300x50mm having minimum 4 Nos. of high tensile steel wire as per IS-6006:2014 of 3mm dia placed horizentally in full length of panels with prestressed precast concrete column of M-40 grade of size 3200x200x200mm having minimum 8 Nos. of high tensile steel wire asper Is-6006:2014 of dia3mm placed vertically in full length to erect precast boundary wall panels to height 2400mm from GL including excavation of pit of size 600mm dia x 1200mm deep for ordinary soil and 600mm dia x 850 mm deep for hard rock strata for erection of columns and grouting the pit with M-20 grade of concrete, manufacturing, transporation & installation at site all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Alongwith profidition & fixising concertina coil, fencing with punched tape,m concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 mtr. openable length (total length 90 mtr.), having 50 no. rounds per 6 mtr. ength up to 3 mtr. hight of wall with angle MS 65x65x6 mm iron "Y" shaped run welded with 2 no. 12 mm dia tar steel rod embedded in column. As per drawing and with 6 no. horizontal R.B.T. drain I barbed wire stue tied with GI staples and gI clip to retain horizontal, including necesssary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge with rainforce barbed tape (R.B.T.) spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 KG per Sqmm,. with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.578 gramm per mtr. complete as per drawing No. TRN/ST/440 -R1 dtd. 04.07.2024 & TRN/ST/459 dtd. 22.01.2025 (OR its subsequent reivison) and providing test results of all components & meterial used, tested from any NABL lab including all transportation up to site completed job.

13.53(SOR w.e.f 01.01.2024),Finishing walls by any mechanical or manual means with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Premium exterior) of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67ltr/10sqm over and including one coat undiluted exterior waterproofing coating @ 2.39 litre/10 sqm with crack bridging ability of upto 0.5mm on horizontal surfaces with an elongation of 150% and water proofing of upto 3 bars on vertical surface)

13.49(SOR w.e.f 01.01.2024),Wall painting by any mechanical or manual means with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade.

14.27(SOR w.e.f 01.01.2024),Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

45 NSOR,P&F Barbed wire (9.38 Kg per 100 M min.) to MS Angle Iron posts including screwing with GI tying wire staples or steel pins I/c cost of wire, staples pins etc. as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge
