Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof/ceiling mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instn surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Taking out removing rubbish and incl cement mortar 1:3 Broken glass coping on top of walls

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2: 4 B-1 20 mm aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter

M&L for TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including M.S wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

M&L for Steel Concentrina coil of super profile of 600 mm dia stress in position hot dipped Galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive paint making dimond shape with the help of dove tail clip (18 SWG) the coil fixed with razor wire at points were coil touch the bottom layer wire with help of hog rings(14 SWG) with and including all fittings like fastener, clips, luggs rings etc complete and all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, incl nanital or similar pattern roof covering.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour (Profiled pattern and joints/lapping filled with silicon compound) any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including necessary cutting groves chasing to wall and making good with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) & plaster in cement mrtar (1:3) complete all as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.60mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings etc.fixed with self tapping screws as specified and all as directed.

S & F steel work in tubular trasses including special shaped washer using ERW or induction butt welded tubes of any shape as directed conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St -240

S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots remove complete existing surface up to mother surface approved by GE(I) than applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of syntetic enamel paint over new steel surface of any description n exc 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described over one coat red oxzide primer incl preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain Cement Concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/Subbase etc. & finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colour rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments complete.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast cement concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade Note: Sand filling shall be measured and paid separately.
