Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around adges making good by applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of VG-30 grade 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of V-10 grade @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour laying, srpeading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content of bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, made with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge ( Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade) (iii) Any variatiion in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, if binder content works out to be on minus side during design process (i.e less than 5.50%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in particular specification.

Material and labour for repairs to unlevelled surfaces by filling in premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumin VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver finisher all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Making strips straight line, zebra crossing centre line, edge line and stop lines not less than 2.50 mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or Yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads conforming to BS-6088 and MORTH specification by using automatic indigenous modern propeller mechanical road marking maching including cleaning reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm of exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per the code of practice for road marking paints and cleaning of all dirt scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Clearance of road side berms including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/ vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for dual directional reflective cat eye of high impact resistant ABS plastic solid state double moulded solid state die stud 100 x115mm having ultra violet resistant colours (White/ Yellow/ Red) having micro cuble corner spark glowwith four round discs containing 28 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour of white/Yellow/Red to a side provided with steel zink plated nails of 12mm dia and 120mm long and fixed on road by hammpering including removing, taking out cats eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast interlocking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-50 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick using old size brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6)

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement on walls.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of white wash on walls.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in kerbs,coping, plinth courses, bands etc and similar works.
