OD52793/2025-2026:Dismantling the 61-110 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling,including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD264504/2025-2026:Dismantling the 61-110 HP starters by parts draining out the oil, cleaning the tank, terminal contacts, cutting, leveling and polishing the contacts, cleaning contacts wherever necessary, checking the tripping mechanism, replacing the damaged wires, attending minor repairs, cleaning the oil,(in case of oil starters ), refitting, resetting and making the starter in good working condition.

OD52792/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 5-15 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, maintenance of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD52794/2025-2026: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 61-110 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc, including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump, motor and starter through out the year as required( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD260140/2025-2026: Replacing the high carbon sleeve of the existing motor pumpset shaft by dismantling the pump , cleaning and providing fresh gland packing,greasing the bearings, changing oil seals etc,painting with two coats of best enamel paint,including necessary industrial works and correcting alignment of the motor pumpset, transportation ,etc

Rewinding

OD65593/2025-2026:Conveyance charge of 20 - 120 HP motor / pump / panel board / starter board etc by Tata acefrom pump house to workshop and bring back to pump house

OD264512/2025-2026:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.
