Dismantling cement concrete road of any description or in any position for laying of pipes/ cables all as specified and as directed at site.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of pipes/ stay assy/LT poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard and dense soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cement concrete for making /filling of foundation/ surface finishing in road by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate type C-1 (1:3:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for lifting out and removing non functional submersible pump set of any description and capacity (7.5 HP to 10 HP) & in any position, alongwith existing column pipe 50 mm dia and existing submersible cable of any size from the bore well (approximately 500 feet depth of pump set from ground level) after disconnecting the electrical connection from panel, dismantling existing CI bend from non return valve, and stacking the pump and column pipes near by the bore well for inspection complete all as specified and directed . (including notes mentioned here in below) Note -1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2. Number of column pipe may vary from 30 to 50, The existing pipes , screwed and socket joints shall be checked for its serviceability & unserviceable joints alongwith flanges shall be removed from the column pipe by cutting the pipes & making new thread in pipes for fixing of new socket and nut bolt, the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for above item. However replacement of pipes if any required shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L in replacement of existing U/S MS water tubing as in column pipe, 50mm bore, medium grade of thickness 4.5mm, ISI marked, conforming to relevant IS for column pipe in required length but length not more than 3.00 mtr, both end threaded. One end internally and other end externally threaded and duly welded with pipe using 4 Nos MS strips of size 20x 3mm in triangular right angled shape with provision of 04 Nos holes and side slot for passing submersible cable on threaded end, including painting with two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Lowering down of the submersible pump set of any description and any capacity & in any position, in bore well alongwith column pipe 50mm dia and submersible cable of any size (approximately 500 feet depth of pump set from GL) including making necessary electric connections and providing water tight cable joint & testing the pump set after lowering complete all as specified and directed (including notes mentioned here in below) NOTES :- 1. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lowering pump set in bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lowering of pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2.
