Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605 mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15 mm x 1.5 mm ( weight not less than 0.12kg /RM) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25 mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg /RM) and perporated fibre board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thicknees 5 to 6 mm , fixed with screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) using old size bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

M & L Complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over two coats of cement based white wall putty of minimum thickness 1.5 mm in two coats to make the surface even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.
