Drilling of 200 mm (8” dia) bore wells in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by the departmental officers including labour charges for inserting casing pipes assembly in the drilled holes, if necessary grouting the casing pipe etc., including transportation charges for the rigs and supporting vehicles from one place to another place (the casing pipe has to be supplied by the contractor at the rates noted in a separate item)

Supply and Erection of 175 mm (7”Dia) PVC pipe(Outer) for bore well, best approved quality with ISI mark with necessary PVC coupling etc., Complete complying with Standard Specification.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm(41/2”Dia) blue slotted pipe (inner) for 6 "bore wells to the reqired depth as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fabricating and Supplying 215mm (81/2"dia) encasing M.S.Steel Pipe with 3mm thick to protect PVC casing pipe for a depth of 1.50 m of which 0.75 m goes below the G.L. and 0.75 m stands above G.L. including the Red oxide paint.

Supply of 110mm dia PVC Cap for inner pipe

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth S.S. 20B to a required depth as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying erection and CENTERING for sides and soffits of plain surfaces such as slab etc., using M.S. Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm BG 10 gauge stiffended etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement,three crushed stone Sand, and six hard broken granite jelly) using 20mm hard broken granite jelly to the work including curing and finishing etc., complete complying with the standard specifications.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and fixing at site of Protection Box for observation bore well using 5 mm thick M.S. Steel Plates to the dimension of 650 mm x 400 mm. Height of box at rear side is 530 mm and 450 mm at front side. Top cover with projection to be provided with necessary hinges and pad lock arrangement to open and lock the box. Necessary arrangements to be provided at the bottom of the box to embed the box with concrete platform.The cost includes all materials, labour for welding, one coat red oxide primer, painting with two coats of approved enamel paint, Bolt, Nut, Dindigul/Godrej Lock and Key, writing the bore well details on the protection cover and transporting to the following bore well site as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.Grill enclosure of size 1.50 x 1.50 x 2.10 inclusive of one M.S. Grill gate of size 0.75 x 1.80 m as per specifications. The M.S. Grill enclosure should have 5 Nos. of the vertical M.S. Angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm for the four corners and one at rear gate. The alround horizontal ties are with three numbers of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. angle one at botton and one at middle and one at top, 16 x 16 x M.S. Square rod are to be provided in between the vertical angles at 10 cm c/c. The gate should be of 0.75 x 1.80 m size with 40 x 40 x6 mm M.S. angle at round and one horizontal at middle including 16 x 16 mm M.S. square rod for vertical at 10cm c/c with necessary aldrop for locking arrangements. The top of Grill Enclosure should be covered with 6 Nos of MS angle of size 40x40x6mm and 13 Nos of 16 x 16 mm square rods.. The entire should be made with bolt and nut arrangements has to attach each side separately and it can be yearly fixed at site. The cost includes all cost of materials required, labour charges for cutting threading, bolt and nuts, one coat red oxide with two coats of enamal paint etc attached with Name board of size 0.90m x 0.60m and using 10 gauge M.S plate of 6mm thick and painting two coats using first quality synthetic enamal paint etc., complete and lettering the name board with best approved quality paint and colour including labour for lettering complete as directed by the departmental officers.(Piezometer Station- Keeranur, Killukottai Esanai and Srirangam)

Supplying and fixing of MS clamp for holding 110 mm PVC pipe in borewell platform including cost of materials, labour charges, Conveyance charges as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Flushing Borewell with compressed air/water for collecting geology and hydro geological particulars for the period as directed by the departmental officers.
