Providing & Fixing of modular type 100W Step Fan regulator duly ISI marked (IS 11037) with CM/L no. printed made out of unbreakable and fire retardant virgin poly carbonate with brass terminals and captive screws & silver alloy contact tip with IP-20 rating , including making connections, testing etc as required.

Wiring of 3/5 pin 6 amp. Light plug point with 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible class 2 copper conductor 1.1 kV grade and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible class 2 copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade(IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) PVC conduit & it's ISI marked (IS:3419-1988)accessories, Hot Dipped Galvanized Modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earth terminal, 6 A modular switch, 3/5 pin 6 A modular socket, Modular face plate with grid plate, screws, making connections, testing etc. as required.

On board

Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required.

Providing & Fixing of extra down rod of 15 mm dia . ERW (Electrical resistance welded ) of 1.6mm nominal thick medium duty steel pipe including cutting, threading, drilling, fixing quarter pin etc as required.

Providing & Fixing of Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty horizontal type Double Door (Metal / Glazed / Acrylic) Distribution board with Metal end box made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet, powder coated conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 / IEC 61439- 1 & 3, complete with 100 amp. insulated copper bus bar/shorting link , brass neutral link with shrouds, brass earth link , door earthing arrangement, color coded interconnecting wire set of minimum 10.0 sqmm size and din bar,masking sheet, making internal DB terminations with copper lugs, Ferrules, detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.

Metal door (single phase) IK-09 and IP-43 with Metal end box

Providing & Fixing of Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty Enclosure made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet, powder coated conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 / IEC 61439- 1 & 3. complete with din rail making internal DB terminations with copper lugs, detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.

Suitable for Two / Three / Four module for MCB

Providing & Fixing of of M.S. J- hook of standard design made out of 16 mm dia. M.S. round bar and fixed with cement concrete mortar with required support as required.
